Melting Pot is a family favorite for all special occasions and interesting date nights. We come on a variety of different days of the week and different times of the day and have enjoyed some really good food with the fun twist of getting to cook your own. I have to say I've been overall disappointed in the service the last few times we have dined there. Just this month in August we have had the pleasure of being there twice and both times there have been serious challenges with the service. Sunday afternoon there were just not enough servers and so things get missed or forgotten or ordered wrong. 3 weeks before that we were there and I can count on just about one hand. The times that we saw our server because they were so busy and again didn't have enough people working tables. Considering that this restaurant is a premium restaurant as far as cost, I would anticipate better service. I'm kind of sad that we may need to find a new family favorite.

We went here for my daughter's birthday, knowing that the courses would take up to two hours as stated on the website. We ended up being over there for almost 4 hours and just waiting long periods of time between courses. The table and silverware were dirty and so was the patron's silverware next to us. We ended up having to pay $60 just to park because of them taking so long to bring the food. And it wasn't even that busy. When we brought up , how long it was taking they just kept apologizing and then disappearing in the back. The food was decent, but nothing to brag about. The manager came out and apologized, but then again we ended up waiting forever for our check. I've been a server so I hate to blame the server, but it was like the tables around us weren't having the same issues except the ones our server had and I was surprised the manager did nothing to help him out. I won't be back.

This would be a 1 time experience, considering the outrageous prices of the 4 course food boats with burner at the tables. $125.00 for Two people. 1st course is melted cheese w/mixture additives of your choice, 2nd course salad of choice, 3rd course is choices of cubes meats & fish in which you can boil in a soup, final 4th course is melted chocolates w/selection of sweets or fruits to dip into chocolate. It was nice & did fill us up however, $62.50 per person then price of drinks & then a lavish tip. Would indeed set someone back a bit. Like I said once a lifetime experience.

For a quickly put together girl's night out, this was the place to be. We arrived earlier than our reservation time, and ended up at the bar for a relaxing drink before dinner. The entire bar staff was great, and knowledgeable about food allergies when it came to drinks. We were shown to our seats, and had a great waitress who helped us choose the best fit for our dinner courses. The food, atmosphere, and speed of delivery concerning our food was absolutely wonderful. Definitely will have another girl's night out in this establishment again!

Our waitress was just fabulous!!! There is so much to do for these dinners, but she handled it all so calmly and with a fantastic attitude. The food was fresh and perfect for fondue. Yes, it can be a little expensive, but when you factor in the experience of fondue dining, it is so worth it.

The service and ambiance were on point per usual. They have changed a few menu items and for our family of 4 it was $300. This has gone up over the last few years but quality remains the same. Definitely the economy and not melting pots fault.
