We have been going here for years and it's completely gone downhill. For what you pay, they should have remodeled years ago. Chili's keeps their restaurants more refreshed.

Our server was professional and polite especially when I had questions. His smile made me feel like I mattered as a customer. He never pushed or made us feel rushed. The food was so delicious that I just wanted more than my stomach could handle. It doesn't look like a lot of food but you won't go home hungry!

My last experience at the Melting Pot was an incredible night. My girlfriend of 4 years and I had our first date here and I planned a surprise to propose at the very end of the dinner. The service and management helped set up a romantic and quiet atmosphere that made the proposal intimate and meaningful. Very grateful for the staff and management. 10/10 Highly recommend

Seats should be cleaned. The place was opened with slight delay and the service at the door was very slow. We were kept waiting for few minutes in the corridor. We got just one menu card for 4 people, and then had to wait another few minutes to get additional copies. Service at the table was ok, however could check on us more frequently. Food was very good, and was served quickly.

Came I for a to go order watched for 45 mins while my order was pushed aside. I order online alot an this was a big disappointment. We won't be back. Party boxes are supposed to feed 3 to 4 we asked for extra bread no meat and got enough cheese and bread for not quite 2 people We enjoyed the experience, if I had known just how much food a 4 course meal was I would have stuck with fondue. I was full after the appetizer and salad. This is a meal that takes a couple hours however it passed quickly. Our waiter was awesome we will be back.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and thorough in their explanations, which made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and made even more enjoyable by the interactive grill-style cooking, allowing us to customize everything to our preference. I also appreciated the convenience of the online meat timers, which ensured everything was cooked perfectly. To make the evening even more special, a thoughtful birthday gift bag awaited me at the table, complete with adorable Melting Pot wine glasses, along with a complimentary dessert. This personal touch made the night feel truly memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful time from start to finish and look forward to returning soon!
