Melting Pot is a family favorite for all special occasions and interesting date nights. We come on a variety of different days of the week and different times of the day and have enjoyed some really good food with the fun twist of getting to cook your own. I have to say I've been overall disappointed in the service the last few times we have dined there. Just this month in August we have had the pleasure of being there twice and both times there have been serious challenges...
We went here for my daughter's birthday, knowing that the courses would take up to two hours as stated on the website. We ended up being over there for almost 4 hours and just waiting long periods of time between courses. The table and silverware were dirty and so was the patron's silverware next to us. We ended up having to pay $60 just to park because of them taking so long to bring the food. And it wasn't even that busy. When we brought up , how long it was taking...
Virginia was our waiter and she did phenomenal! Outstanding customer service and very sweet! She was very personable and super friendly! The atmosphere was amazing. We were celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary! Will be coming back again soon just to see our new favorite person!
