First time trying and it was perfect

What a disappointment. Probably the overall worst Italian I have ever had.
Good things: Cheese bread and Minestrone soup were decent. Atmosphere pretty good. Wife’s lasagna was bearable.
Wretched things: chicken parmigiana was actually vile. The side of shrimp was literally boiled shrimp with Zero seasoning. The spaghetti with meat sauce my kids got tasted like the dogfood version of skyline chili.
Service as good. Waitress was kind and attentive. Not her fault the food was crap.

We were here for 2 hours, not because we had a large party or ect. But because our waiter kept forgetting everything. It took what felt like 15 minutes for him to even greet us and he left quickly after so we couldn't even get our order taken. We had to wait for him to come back which took forever as well and he forgot one of our drinks but he left too quickly for us to remind him. When we finally got our food it was good I just wished we got it while it was hot. My ravioli was luke warm at best and tasted stale. It took 20 minutes to leave the restaurant because we were waiting for our check for so long. Overall I just wished I had had a better experience since this was during our vacation.

Me and my grandparents are doing a Route 66 trip starting from Dallas and ending in LA, we stayed in OKC and we decided we would go to The Old Spaghetti factory for dinner. My Grandfather passed earlier and asked the staff if he would need to make a reservation as he had to go back to the hotel to get us and he was told he didn’t have to as it was not busy. All 3 of us then arrived 15 minutes after and the place was packed, we went up to the lady who was giving out the seats and she told us it would be a 5 minute wait, 15 minutes later and we still had no seat my Grandfather went up to ask what was going on and he was told did he make a reservation (keep in mind this was the same lady that told him he didn’t need one). She then started being so rude because we didn’t make a reservation. We then walked out. 1 star will never be going here again

Employees were smoking pot outside on the patio we told a female manager, and she was like so but our waiter Smell so bad like marijuana. I could not even stay at the table.

We had a large group 24, and then another large group came little after us, but we were with us. We came down for a cheer competition. Hostesses were pleasant and accommodating. Once seated, drinks served timely manner and the servers remembered who was who was even with seat swapping. The food ticket was divided quickly and handed out correctly. The food was delightful. Will go back. Highly recommend.

To start out the service was extremely slow. Over 30 mins before our food order was finally taken. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my partner had the fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken breast was good but that’s about it. The sauce was lacking flavor and tasted watered down and the noodles were for sure over cooked. Even the agreeing sauce tasted watered down and was lacking something in the flavor.

This is such a cute place. The waitstaff is extremely friendly and very observant, are drinks were always full. The food was incredible and very fresh. It's a little busy but it's worth the wait.

Absolute top notch food, very friendly server! 6/5 stars. Amazing Toscana soup (of the day), great crab ravioli and pretty good chicken Toscana. Really tasty cheese garlic bread appetizer.
