The espresso was fantastic. Fully vegetarian / vegan. Delicious food. You gotta visit!
This is amazing little hidden gem. The menu is all vegetarian. Vegans will be completely at home here.
I'm an omnivore, and I don't feel like I'm making a sacrifice in flavor or satisfaction when I dine here.
The decor is quirky and pleasing. The atmosphere makes me think (in a pleasingly nostalgic way) of some of the boutique restaurants I used to enjoy in the mid to late '70s.
Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Hands-down, the best place to go for vegan food in OKC! Great atmosphere and cafe with Coco the Rooster. My one request to the restaurant is to please please please purchase more French press pots! My most recent visit, the food came out before my hot tea because they simply did not have enough French pots to go around. That was a little disappointing and weird.

Amazing, delicious and the best coffee! This place has been in business almost 30 years and I can see why. They are unique, different and may I say eclectic. The food was so good! Corn tortillas… mind blowing! All the food is handmade and locally sourced. There is also Coco the real live rooster. She is the mascot. Please please plsss expand to Arizona so we can have a place just like this! Thanks for a great experience. You guys Rock!

I love this restaurant. This vegan food is packed with flavor and I keep coming back to try different things. The avocado wrap is my favorite, but man that breakfast burrito is amazing too. My mom loved the vagabond tofu scramble. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough-If you think you don’t like vegan food, this restaurant would be the one exception where you might change your mind.

I've been coming here since 2010 and I adore every single moment I'm in this cafe.
I will literally spend every budgeted dollar for my very affordable breakfasts here till the day I move or die.
Seeing Coco Crow at me in the morning and being able to say hello to my fellow neighbors has become a routine I don't think I could go longer than a week without.
Please try, you're missing out if you've never been here

I just ate at The Red Cup in Okla City. sept 12, 2024, and still feel sick. I ordered the special and it came to my table not what I was expecting from the description. I have eaten at many vegan places over the world and have never been so disappointed. It tasted funny and was not good…. I’ve never complained before but this was terrible.

Wonderful vegan food in a cute art filled house. There is a rooster that roams around outside. Definitely worth a stop when in Oklahoma City. Absolutely delicious cashew cheese, coconut bacon veggie burger. Haven’t had a bad dish here.

I was super impressed with this place. I went on a Sunday morning and it was PACKED. Even though there was hardly anywhere to sit and a line out the door they got the food out really quickly. I guess it's been around for a long time which is always awesome to see for a vegan/vegetarian place since many of them close down, so it's good to keep supporting this place. After seeing it is "vegetarian" on HappyCow, I told them to "please make everything vegan", they seemed to indicate that everything is already vegan - so not your typical vegetarian place where vegetarian is the default and vegan is just a limited option - here everything is vegan by default it seems unless you ask otherwise. Pretty cool. The food was delicious and they take the coffee seriously, you can get single origin brews, super tasty. Their food portions were fairly big for the amount it costs also. The most awesome part of all is how there is a rooster that roams around the outdoor seating area. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-01
Our first visit. A dozen people or so waiting for opening time told us we had picked the right spot. Lots of vegan options and a wonderful breakfast companion on the patio. Biscuits and Gravy, Johnny cakes, and the Pile. All delicious!
