Today I took one star from the overall rating and gave 2 stars for customer service because of something dumb. I completed an online order. In my request I asked for extra pickled ginger. I receive an email stating that my order was adjusted and 55 cents was added for the extra pickled ginger. When I arrived home not only did I not get extra pickled ginger but I received far less than we usually get when we eat in the restaurant. Did 55 cents mean that much? Obviously, the kitchen staff received my requested and it was important to let me know I was being charged extra for it but it wasn't important enough to ensure that I received what I paid for. I'm annoyed at the whole thing. Aside from that, the food is always good and in the restaurant, customer service is always great.

I got my order Togo. The location was confusing. Its right off the exit of the highway. I missed the building because it looked close. Anyway I had to walk awhile to get in. Front door is on side of building. Sushi was great but I did not like the salad dressing for house salad and it was way too tangy. Probably wouldn't come here again

I have been looking for good sushi since we moved to OK 4 years ago. I'm sad it took me so long because we're leaving OK is 14 days!
Anyway, it's very good, inviting and proceed as I would expect for a sushi spot that has great options and tasty food. A friend took myself and my daughter for lunch... Later that week I took my husband and daughter for a late lunch/early dinner. Both times were great!
I totally recommend stopping in at The Sushi Bar. You can even get a Bento Box or a kids meal if you don't want sushi/rolls. You can sit at the bar and watch your food being made or get a comfortable table/booth, whichever you prefer.
I visited this place for dinner and take advantage of the happy hour. Service was excellent the lady who helps us very nice, always ready to come to the table and ask if we need something else. We went for some appetizers but overall lovely place. Highly recommend.

I really hate leaving such a bad review for an establishment my family and I have enjoyed for many of my wife's and my son's birthdays. This particular visit for my wife's birthday however was beyond unacceptable. We were seated with almost no wait (the only positive thing about the vist), our drink order was taken by our waiter Trevor R. and then we waited and waited and waited just to order our food. After we ordered, we waited and waited and waited and then appetizers and one meal arrived, and we continued to wait until a steak arrived. It was ordered rare and arrived almost well done. And then more waiting for my wife and our older kids' food. We reached a breaking point and asked if we could have our remaining order to go. An hour and a half we were able to leave, with my wife, our two oldest children and myself still hungry. At least our toddler got to eat I guess. We most likely will find a new place to eat sushi, like Volcano. It's too bad. Trevor needs retrained on how to look after a table or he needs fired. The manager did take off the steak from the ticket and something else in an attempt to make a bad situation better and thank you for that but it's really not enough to justify the experience.

Everything was delicious, Cass and Kim were super nice and attentive, and the wonderful hostesses were great at directing traffic. But the Dragon Roll stole the show for me. By far the biggest portion of unagi I've been served on a roll, bigger even than some I've gotten in Unagi-don bowls. The tempura was a great app as well.
