Be prepared for a language barrier! This is of course not the reason for the missing star, as the restaurant is intended for Spanish speakers, but it should be noted. A strong effort was made to accommodate my broken Spanish, so props to the staff for that! The soda machine was broken, however, and the "tell me what you had" system for ordering/paying left lots of room for error, which occurred on my ticket. The lack of a menu also made a first-timer's experience more difficult than I felt was necessary. But I'd be lying if I said that wasn't the most incredible empanada I've ever had, from start to finish. Everything I managed to order was exceptional, but it had me wishing I knew more of what was available so I could sample all that delicious food!
