First and for most, the cookies are soft and delicately delicious. As of services, I cannot imagine a business would go this above and beyond to ensure my box of cookies get delivered. I did not provide an adequate instruction for the delivery driver to navigate through an office building. Despite all of that, they still contacted me, went back and forth to ensure those cookies got delivered today. I am in awe, and I don't think I am getting my cookies anywhere else from now on. The cookies were fine, and the service was great. However, they had a poor girl working alone at 9 pm at night. She was running back, trying to get everything done. Not to mention, it's very unsafe to have people close st night by themselves. For this reason I won't be back. I used to have to work in similar conditions, and it was awful. I hope the sweet thing behind the cou ter gets a better and safer job.

I don’t even know HOW to review this place. First off, the cookie quality and taste is spectacular. And I tried almost every cookie they have. However, if you’re like me and you can’t eat certain things, then you’re going to spend a LOT of time in the bathroom. There are a few cookie places I can’t eat at, and this is unfortunately another one.

The cookies are absolutely amazing tasting, but i feel horrible after eating them. my stomach feels disgusting, i can't eat anymore because i feel so horribly. Im about to make myself throw up because of them. my boss brought them for my birthday at work, and out whole shift team is sick.

They did not disappoint. It was a super blue moon so I made my way to get something sweet and out of the ordinary for me. I ordered one chocolate chip cookie with m&m’s, a snickerdoodle cookie, a brownie and milk, all of them hit the spot! They were so warm and soft, even the next day, still soft and chewy! A Winner with just the right sweetness!
Love their lemon and oatmeal raisin cookies. Love the too good to go app. How I found these wonderful people.

I used too good to go which was a great experience. The cookies were great, the brownies were awesome. My favorite are the lemon cookies and the oatmeal raisin cookies. They are so soft and chewy they take you back to your childhood. The ladies there are so nice.

Read all the reviews about how great these cookies are and wanted to try. Was severely disappointed. Got a dozen to try as many different ones as we could. The flavors just weren't there. I got the vibe that they have a base dough they use for all their cookies and just add flavors, add ins, and food coloring. The main ingredient I could taste was oil. There was so much oil in the cookies the US would have invaded. The cookies were just disappointing, lacking any semblance of sweetness and flavor. Each bite was a reminder of the missed opportunity they have with their "treats." The exit door was the best treat from this experience. P.S. Was so disappointed in the cookies. We got sugar cookies with M&M's and they weren't sweet at all. They reminded of frozen cookies I buy from fundraisers and bake myself!
