If I could give 0 stars, I would! Incredibly rude service. They stared directly at me the second I walked in but never said a single word as I approached the counter. When I got 5 feet away, they turned their head sharply away from me, completely IGNORING me. So I walked out. There's no way that someone who can't even say hello to a customer is getting my patronage.

service is rude due to tone and context rather than any particular fault. there is a sense that the cashier is adverse to making contact with the customer’s hand which in itself sets the premise for the person’s respect towards the guest. the cashier slid the change to my hand using the cash bills as a slide for the change. if i wasn’t prepared for the change it could have fell off to the counter and onto the floor; proper service would ensure the change is securely received by customer. i am a former server and hotel employee. i wouldn’t hand change to anyone in such manner because it lacks respect or decency. nothing being verbally said was bad but i didn’t like the cashier due to the vibe i was getting. my esposa enjoyed her drink and thought the ambiance was interesting. my drink was just alright and the boba was hot inside my cold drink so it suggests the staff here is lazy. the boba shouldn’t be hot in a cold drink. the X-L drink is the size of a medium if one were to get a drink at a fast food establishment. the large is about the size of a small drink at mcdonald’s. the X-L is $7.50 minus tax. the drinks are pricy for what you get especially when the product itself seems somewhat lazily executed.

Cute little shop! Great boba, great photo op’s. Me and my friend had a great time. However, the portion sizes are kinda small. Either way, it’s good boba that you can tell is homemade, very nicely cooked and a great chewy texture. Me and my friend had a great time!
