Coffee and food were delicious, staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was amazing! Only caveat is that the gentleman making our food walked outside while making our food on two separate occasions and didn't change nor wash his gloves once.

Excellent spot to grab a quick coffee or sit down for brunch. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the ambiance was bright and cheerful. We stopped while traveling and enjoyed an Americano, Cortado, Lavender lemonade, Lox Toast, Croque Monsieur, and Yogurt parfait. Then picked up a Nitro for the road. Quality was as good as any of the best independent cafes I’ve been to. If we lived in OKC this would be our coffee shop!

Delicious coffee. I love their quiche, it is always fresh and the crust is crisp not soggy. The sandwiches are made to order with fresh sourdough bread or biscuits. The drip coffee is great: definitely not the hot water flavor you get at most places. Their specialty coffee drinks are excellent with good coffee flavor.

I stopped by Toast and Coffee this morning hoping for a good start to my day, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. When I arrived, there were two staff members present—one appeared to be working on a breakfast item, while the other’s role was unclear. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or informed that someone would be with me shortly.
First impressions matter, especially in hospitality. A simple “Good morning, we’ll be right with you” can go a long way. This industry thrives on creating a welcoming environment, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.
I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve customer service and the overall guest experience.

If you’re looking for a new local coffee shop to get your daily cold brew from or a place to have a quiet meeting close to the capitol, I highly recommend T & C. It’s a daily spot for me.
