I really had a poor experience here the food was really sub bar and very expensive for what you got. But also my son was throwing a fit so what can you do.

The staff are truly amazing. They were very patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted on my first trip there. They were even helping with suggestions that might be good to try. I will go back just for the service alone. I was however just a little disappointed in the macaroni and cheese. I think maybe I was just wanting something with a little more flavor something that the cheddar cheese really came through. I would however like to try several other things on their menu and as long as these same folks are working there I'll keep coming back and trying something different until I find something I like. They made my first experience at Tom & Chee something I will remember as one of the best places I've been, and that's what I want this review to express. The food choice may have been less impressive but I can't wait to go back and try a few other items that look amazing and see that great crew of people!

Cold days, in the mood for soup and a grilled 🧀. Ladies at the counter were very nice. Got a big soup and a sandwich.....soup was good but $4 for a quart at the grocery ... just the prices were too high

The service was bad. it took them 20 to 30 min to get my order out. I had a Philly cheesesteak by the time it came out it was cold. The soup was cold and had an roach in it. I do not recommend Tom and Chee.

I've been waiting to try this place for a while. The website made the sandwich look awesome. When I tried my food. It was okay. Not what I expect, the food did not look like what the website showed, and the food itself lack flavor. Over priced and may not come back. Over all below average.

About 4 years ago gave this place awesome reviews. Went there today and order the West Philly. And it seemed like it was all bread. The sandwich was lukewarm but the garlic tots were good. Based on this as compared to 4 years ago it is gone downhill and will not pay close to $20 for the meal that I just had. Save your money go somewhere else

Pick 2: Southwest Street Corn Salad and Creamy Tomato Soup. This was a recommendation from Hibdons for lunch. I love it and will be back again. The soup was very tomatoey, and the basil was not hidden. It's not thick like I was expecting. But the flavor didn't disappoint. It's thin enough you can drink. The salad was better than I expected. It had just enough heat, and it wasn't overpowering. All ingredients were fresh. The tortilla chips were crispy and gave that cruch the salad needed. The dressing was very creamy and a well bakance of flavor. Pick 2 is small portions and pairs well to a person that doesn't eat much in a meal.
