Tommy's Italian American Grill

I have been going to Tommy's since it opened. The food is and ALWAYS HAS BEEN amazing. So much so that when I've had terrible service, I'm willing to go back. Tonight was a different story. We had a server make our table of 6 feel uncomfortable. That includes children. We communicated the situation and to later feel patronized by management with an explanation of “ that's just how she is” again the food is incredible but the management lacks hospitable maturity, along with the server that was blatantly rude 2 different experiences at Tommy's. I waited tables for 4yrs. I am a firm believer everyone should have that experience to understand both sides but this service/behavior was inexcusable. I recommend getting food to go.

Delicious Italian American style food. The atmosphere here is very upscale, but the prices are much more reasonable. You feel like you are at a fine dining restaurant even though you will likely end up spending less than you would at a chain style Italian eatery. Great place to go on a date night and to have a good atmosphere.

I gave this place three chances and all three were incredibly unsatisfying. Portions are super small especially with pasta who gives small portions with pasta? All the dishes that I tried had were tasteless they had tiny portions of sauce and way overpriced for the quality and quantity of your dish. I can't believe they're still in business.

Wow! Awesome place! Awesome food and Awesome Service! This place is really cute and looks wonderful, and smells wonderful, very cozy. My party was close to 20 and we had no complaints. The appetizers to the main entree to the drinks! Beautiful! We brought our own birthday cake which they tried to serve and box left overs. They go above and beyond expectations of a server. They took care of our email free appetizer, and it was soooo good we ordered another. My favorite was the fried cheese & artichoke. The artichoke melted in my mouth after a tasty awesome crunch! Who thought of this? These artichokes are life! Our waitress was Ferahn, I think that's how you spell her name, she was very attentive and caring, I just want to put her in my pocket and take her home. You have to try this place, my new favorite spot. Me and the hubby will probably go back by ourselves and sit at the bar and eat the artichokes and chill. Thank you, the entire staff

Nice atmosphere. You can dress up or dress down. Food is wonderful. Staff is very pleasant.

One of our favorites. The atmosphere is so pleasant and comfortable. Our wait staff have been prompt and very accommodating each time. Let's not forget the food... incredibly fantastic!

My husband had the steak it was cooked perfect. I had manicotti it was amazing! The best fried calamari I've ever had. We will be coming back.

Nothing special. I tried the Florentine pizza and the dough was the texture of a pita bread. My husband had the salmon, and even though he asked for it to not be completely cooked through it was still overcooked. It was served with "risotto" that had the texture of minute rice. Atmosphere was nice, but we wouldn't come again for the food.

The waitress was really friendly and attentive.. but we went during lunch which wasn't busy. It took forever to get the food. I'd hate to see when they were super busy. Food was fresh and tasted good though

They were so great to us! We had made a reservation for 20 at Charleston's for a friend's baby shower. Charleston's lost our reservation and would not accommodate us. We called Tommy's and the manager there made is possible for us to not only have our party but treated us with such professionalism. Scott, our waiter, was so great! He even took our picture. Thank you so much!!

I had the petite Salmon special which was good but a considerably small portion which was to be expected. The order was not fulfilled in a timely manner as patrons who arrived after my party received their food before we did. The ambience in the restaurant is nice and the staff greeted me as i walked in.
