Top Golf offers a great experience for the whole family! We always enjoy our time here. The food is fresh and delicious, the facilities are spotless, and the staff are consistently helpful and attentive.
However, I encountered an issue with customer service over the phone. I needed to change my reservation to a different time on the same day, but since it was less than 24 hours away, I couldn’t do it through the app. Even though the time I needed was available, customer service wasn’t able to assist. Instead, I was told I would need to pay a $30 fee to cancel and rebook the reservation. This policy is frustrating and makes the process unnecessarily difficult.

Black female that was tending bar was rude, disrespectful and had no customer service skills at all. Wasn't just my opinion. Two other members of our party said they were treated badly.

I'm really tired of the drunk patrons on the road, but I'm most curious why this takes place where children and babies are present. Are they trying to stop it? No! They have contests with prizes for the host that can sell the most booze. Unethical.

I went with a group of friends. There are only six players allowed to golf I was the 7th person so I didn't participate in the golfing. But I did have a tab for a few drinks. I only had $54 worth of drinks. When I woke up the next morning, my $54 charge was turned into $134 charge!!!! My account was negative and my bills were shut off due to the auto pay not being able to cover it. When I called up there to ask why they told me the waitress had a $80 tip on my tab. I did not put a tip at all and she practically stole My money. They didn't fire her as they said it was normal for people to tip almost twice amount of their tab and that I signed my name at the bottom so that was an authorization for her to add a tip herself!!!

It is very spacious inside.The clothing area was very clean and organized.The bar is Great! Lot's of beer selections. The golf range is awesome.its huge inside.Prices are fair for amenities. The staff were friendly and nice. Abigail was my bartender. She was very knowledgeable about the food and the menu. She kept the bar well clean and stocked . Overall, this is the rain United States to go to!

It was a blast but so expensive. The bathrooms were not very clean and out of toilet paper, the young lady we checked in with had a terrible attitude and we had a reservation. She was finally able to locate it. I also would like to suggest an extra 10 minutes be added on to the reservation time to allow for the lengthy login process.
Have been here a few times with family. Ok place to have some fun, although a bit expensive. Unfortunately, the credit card information was stolen during out last visit two days ago. Today I received a fraudulent charge for $1,300+ for a In *Genesis Concrete Co from Tuttle, OK. The only person that had my card for a bit during the visit was the server (Crystal), so who knows how they got the information. Possibly a credit card skimmer, since I haven't used the card again since. Not blaming the business for the credit card incident, but it will be hard to come back to this location knowing this can happen again.
