This facility used to be a solid 5 star. However is in need of repairs. Bathrooms really of urine. Felt is torn and balls are in horrible condition. Hopefully we will see repairs soon.

I recently visited Topgolf with friends and family, including my own kids, looking forward to a fun and enjoyable time. Unfortunately, our experience began on the wrong foot and only got worse before it got better.
From the moment we arrived, the server assigned to our bay appeared disinterested and unwelcoming. She didn’t greet us or attempt to engage in any friendly manner. We had booked our bay for 90 minutes, and throughout that time, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, I even witnessed her rolling her eyes while we were ordering drinks, which was incredibly disrespectful.
During the shift change, I handed her my card for payment. She failed to acknowledge it and misplaced it entirely. It took an additional 10–15 minutes to locate it, and when she finally did, she simply said, “The card blended in so I didn’t see it,” without offering any kind of apology.
Thankfully, our experience improved once James took over. He was phenomenal — attentive, prompt with our food and drinks, and had a great attitude. He truly demonstrated what good service should look like.
Unfortunately, the poor experience didn’t end there. After our time at the bay, we headed downstairs so the kids could play games. We noticed several Topgolf employees sitting around on their phones, paying no attention to customers. While our kids were playing and enjoying themselves, these staff members just stared at us, making us feel judged and unwelcome. Their unprofessional behavior was not only uncomfortable but also completely out of line.
Topgolf is a well-known brand, and I expected a much higher level of customer service and professionalism. It’s extremely disappointing that our visit was marred by inattentive, unprofessional staff who clearly lacked the training and attitude expected in a guest-facing environment.
We gave Topgolf our business — not just by booking a bay but by extending our visit and ordering food and drinks at the bar. We came to enjoy a family outing, and instead, we left feeling disrespected and frustrated.
I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone from the corporate team regarding this experience. As a paying customer, I believe our concerns deserve to be acknowledged and addressed. I hope Topgolf takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and hiring practices moving forward.
Until then, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative venues for their entertainment.

We had an amazing experience at Topgolf! Our event was so much fun, and everything ran smoothly thanks to the incredible staff. A special shoutout to Ashley, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that our group had everything we needed. She truly made the experience exceptional.
The service, atmosphere, food, and drinks were all fantastic, and our guests had an absolute blast. We couldn’t have asked for a better event, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend Topgolf for a great time and outstanding service!

We had such a great time at OKC Topgolf! The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night out. Even though we didn’t order any food, our server was still incredibly attentive, friendly, and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, it was a fun and comfortable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back but memorable outing! 🌟⛳️

Love coming here to relax and have fun. The service is kinda a hit or miss. You either get someone at your bay almost immediately after checking in or you’re waiting for 30 minutes for someone to take your drink order. The food a little over-priced for what you get. Some of it is probably store-bought and just dumped into bowls. Just get appetizers when coming here. Overall not bad though.
This place is GROSSLY overpriced. We paid $60 for an hour of golfing on a Friday night as a young couple, and when we got there, they charged us another mystery amount of $60. So basically the his the fact that the bay rental was actually $120 for an hour (for two people). This is outrageous to me. Then, we ordered donut holes and two sodas. Our total we spent that night was $180. I find this insane. The food was not great, it gave me an awful stomach ache due to how greasy it was. The games were fun, but not for the price. I know they offer different price points at different times of the week, but we are busy during those times. I don’t see us coming back. It’s way too expensive for just a simple night out and we would rather go to a driving range. The service was good though, the lady who served us was kind. Needless to say we also waited 3 hours for a bay to open up.

After my party left I wanted to order to go food(Nachos) Bar guy says sorry we don’t sale that anymore what you just ate with your party to go .I literally just had a party Trey side of nachos wanted some of my own without multiple hands & less Flies in it Bar guy red Jacket (Black) sent me on my way inside the bay was cool should of asked for assistance from the guy who actually helped us we even straighten up our table plus tipped outside service good inside horrible wasn’t even busy but acted bothered

First time here. To play each player needs to enter Name, Email, Phone Number and Zip Code. Looks like a Data Mining operation to me. Why do I need to put in all that information to hit golf balls? Does Topgolf then sell my information?
Golf clubs are shoddy with broken grips. Balls are well used. Bar was not attended so I had to wait until the bartender returned. Asked for a receipt for a beer. No details on the tax breakdown for the sale.
Aside from that the bathrooms were clean and the facility was clean.
Not interested in returning.
