Rhonda turned a potential 2 star review to a 5. The staff were not attentive and ordered ourself. Our chips/queso were brought to table and after 10 min of waiting had to ask the kitchen about my order. The staff proceeded to bring out half of the correct order and someone else's food. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff, the manager Rhonda brought out my correct order and apologized for her staffs service. She was very professional and appreciated her taking the time to speak with us and get our feedback. The food was good although the chicken in my trailer park was extremely small. I would come back if I lived in the area and hope she can get better staff in the future to avoid these types of mistakes.

The good- service has always been fast and friendly but never open the top. I've never waited long for food.
The Bad I made three visits over a month and my tacos have never been hot barley warm or flat out cold. Trailer park cold, Baja cold steak fajita warm.
I couldn't even finish the queso. Definitely the worst restaurant queso I have had. Comparable to cheap jar queso you would get in a grocery store.
I won't visit again I'd rather hit up taco bell

Never, EVER order from here on Doordash. Not once in the 4-5 times I have ordered have they made my order correctly. I’m allergic to mangos - easy, don’t order anything with mangos, because you can’t add any special instructions for this store. Tell me why my trailer park trashy (a taco that does NOT come with mangos) has mangos on it. Next, I ordered a tipsy chick with no corn or green chiles. Every single time the taco is covered in both corn and green chiles. I worked at Torchys for 1.5 years and it is not that difficult to read a receipt/order paper. The paper literally prints the instructions in red and capital letters.

This is the worst Torchys location in Oklahoma. I never write reviews, but this has been a consistent issue so I feel it’s warranted at this point. I order the same taco every time I go to Torchy’s, which is the Matador. The Norman location is where I first ordered this taco and it’s been my go to ever since because it was so good there. Unfortunately, every time i’ve ever tried to order the Matador at this location, it is awful. The inside portions are a quarter of what Norman gives you and you can tell the cook didn’t even try to melt the cheese in between the corn and flour tortillas because you can visibly see shredded cheese in between them…the quality difference between locations is genuinely abysmal. I know what my favorite taco is supposed to be like, the quality control between the locations genuinely needs to be checked on. Norman blows this location out of the water…and I don’t think that’s right for the same restaurant chain.

We came for dinner and ordered the $20 meal for two and added chile verde queso and chips. We got one of each of the three meats that are available with the meal for our tacos. The staff was extremely friendly and the food came out quickly within about 5-10 minutes. Before we got our food we both enjoyed the queso it was the highlight of the meal. When I tried the beans they were cold and the rice was overcooked and mushy. The rice also desperately needed salt or seasoning. The tacos weren't terrible but they also were cold and lacked flavor other than the onions and cilantro. This is the first time ever eating at torchys. I don't think I'll ever come back to this location. I didn't expect much being the 2 for 20 but I would have done better at a taco truck. Thankfully the meal was only 30$ plus tip and the staff were some of the friendliest people I've ever met. Hopefully when I try some of their signature tacos at the N Penn location I'll have a better experience.
