The owners are amazing, but they have a new employee who is so bad this place deserves 1 star.
Half the time, he claims he hasn’t been trained to make the food on their menu??
If you call and place an order, he will say they ran out.
If you meet him face to face, he says no to everything.
Their new employee is dragging this place down, he lies a lot, and that is why they deserve 1 star

DoorDash missed picking up our order & Towers Deli made sure to deliver our order as soon as they closed & kept our food warm! Appreciate you going out of your way to keep customers happy!

Walked there from downtown hotel at 7:30pm on Friday and they were closed! Their listing says open until 11pm. Update your hours!

The owners are very nice! I always have great conversations with them whenever I enter their store. There was a time I went around night time and a lady came in so rude and called them and myself out of our names and the male owner was very protective of his wife and I!!! I really appreciate their service, kindness and respect. Definitely stop by if you need a late night snack or a great meal??

Once I didn't know they were closing at 5pm, I rushed down to the store and he stayed open til I got there & checked out (I live in the apt so he didn't have to wait too long). I like to give my business to them bc they are very nice. The prices are a bit high but it's worth it for the convenience & I believe it's only him & his wife running the whole store, so I don't mind paying a little extra!

Bad Customer Service. There's no reason to be rude to customers that are buying from the store.

I've been coming to this store for years now, they are always helpful and ready, they been working hard on this store they now have a TV screen for a menu, I love the Popcorn chicken, the 1 place I can never say too, keep up the good work, even it still the same but store is looking good lol

Mostly geared towards service for the apartment building it is located in, you can order cheap food like a hamburger fries or a sandwich. Hours vary thou they are normally open by 11 unless it is a Sunday. Sundays usually by 1
