Late Wednesday night, 1/31 I ordered my first smoothie ever which was the peanut-butter cup smoothie from the tropical place off of South Western. To say the least, after I got home with my smoothie I had to trash it after my first taste of it due to the bananas they mixed in my smoothie were not ripe and tasted horrible. I have been meaning to call the store manager, but have not had a chance to do that. In the meantime I would suggest tasting your smoothie before u ever pull away from the drive thru to make sure u are not being served un-riped fruits and vegetable's in your smoothie drink. The prices charged for these drinks are not worth paying when they decide that it’s okay to prepare your drinks with fruit and vegetables that have not had a chance to ripe yet. I would have much rather the server tell me the drink was not available and given me the option to order a different smoothie than the server handing me a smoothie mixed with fruits that were no where ready to be used yet.

I love tropical smoothie but this one sucks! I got a Caribbean jerk bowl and something in it is definitely old and bitter I went around 9am the smoothie was pretty good I got the chia banana boost but the food was awful and the lady working there definitely did not want to be there or care to be there. It was not worth the money I paid and I want at least the food refunded.

It was my first time at tropical smoothie worst customer service ever I was waiting in line I was looking at the menu and the employees kept hurrying me up to order something. I ordered the first thing I seen due to the pressure got to the window I waited about 5 mins for someone to come to me and when I gave them my money a 20 dollar bill they tell me they don’t have change for a 20 even tho my order was 15.76 which is ridiculous. I won’t be going back for sure
My smoothie was delicious and perfectly blended. The food was amazing and looked pretty too. Everyone that walked in while I was having lunch was greated and served with a friendly smile. Great job team!

March 11, 2023 Eating at other locations it was a big let down when I p/u my online order from the western location. Their Baja wrap was about two times smaller than other Tropical Smoothie locations. The smoothie wasn't as tasteful as the other locations either. Definitely not worth the money charged. Go to the Shawnee and or the Air Depot locations. Their wraps are worth the charge. They're HUGE! Their smoothies have more taste to them too.(I've only been to these 3 locations and I'll avoid the south western location).

If I could give zero stars I would, staff was completely rude, no one wanted to be there, the lobby was empty it took 3/5 minutes before anyone said hello while we were at the counter. Our smoothie was Watered down. I asked for a managers number they gave me the two disconnected numbers! They need a whole REDO OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY CHECKED !
