Tried the new stitch smoothie so delicious

Kiera was nice and awesome! But the restaurant was NASTY THE FLOOR HAD FOOD ALL ON IT. TRASH WAS OVER FILLED, they were stepping over food on floor. Disappointed in the cleanliness.

I placed an order via the app on May 4th.When I arrived at the store for pick up. The doors were locked eventually a plumber came saying the building flooded. I went check in the app to see if I could cancel it and it could not be canceled. I went back to the door a guy came and said it’s closed and I should receive a refund in a few days. I never received a refund. The past few weeks I have emailed and called no help. So today May 25th 2025 at 11am I went the store for my refund I showed the manger the transaction in the app and also my receipt from my account and still no refund. He gave me a number 405-204-1196 for Jessica his store manager and I got no answer just repeated hang ups. When I told the manager in the store about this he acted as if I did something wrong. And yelled to the employees to play that shit which I assume he was talking about the music. But it was completely rude because I am losing my hard earned money. It all seems so simple to check the profits they made on May 4th during the closed hours and just return everybody’s money. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Give me my money back!

I’m a little late on this review, but I had to give a shoutout to the team at the May Ave location! On Thursday, April 17th, I was helped by a young gentleman in the drive-thru who was so sweet and professional. I visit this location about three times a week, and I’ve noticed he’s always quiet, focused, and clearly a hard worker.

Even during a moment when I was impatient (and I knew I was wrong), he continued to treat me with nothing but kindness and respect — and that consistency says a lot about his character and customer service skills.

The drive-thru is super convenient, especially since I travel for work and love visiting Tropical Smoothie locations across the state. I can confidently say this one is by far the cleanest I’ve been to. The whole morning crew deserves credit — they’re always on point and start my day with great energy.

I’ll definitely continue coming back for my go-to: the Detox Island Green with B12 and strawberries. Thanks again, Tropical Smoothie on May — y’all rock!

Have never had an issue with this location, actually my favorite location. But unfortunately I ordered two smoothies and two peanut butter crunch flatbreads and for the first time I was let down. Both peanut butter crunch sandwiches hardly had any peanut butter at all. On top of that it’s like they were just thrown together in a rush, had honey poured on them and smashed into the wrapper. The açaí berry boost tasted more like coconut water with a hint of blueberry. It’s as if today the employees just did not care if anything was done right.

I LOVE the chia oatmeal pudding bowl! I work down the street and stop in several times a week for it. Unfortunately more than half of the times I get it, it is nowhere near full... it's very disappointing that I pay over $9 and it's 1/4 full. I have been to other locations and the bowl is filled into the dome top and well worth the price. I have said something to the store and nothing was done to resolve this. I guess I will have to find breakfast somewhere else.

The food is so overrated and gross. I got the Baja wrap it was just a slimy mess yuck. The smoothies aren’t even good either. Not sure what the hype is .

Unfortunately, can’t speak for anything other than customer service and honesty. I called to verify the chances and possibility of cross-contamination with an allergy and they were very thorough at explaining their process when an allergy is noted while also noting that unfortunately there is not a guarantee so with that being said, I will not be trying, but can’t say the manager was extremely patient, kind and honest.

Best one I’ve been too so far. They greet you when you walk in, they were knowledgeable about the product. The place just had a good vibe to it.

The crew at this particular tropical smoothie constantly get your order wrong. I highly advise you not to order anything over the phone or from Postmates from this location. I have ordered from them four times in the past two weeks and all four orders were wrong. I have learned my lesson ,no more.

Dietary restrictions: Dislocation does not take your dietary restrictions seriously. They do not read their orders and make your food wrong. It sucks when you have to throw it all in the trash because you can’t eat it because of dietary restriction.
