Got a smoothie this morning and the girl was so good made it quickly and tasted amazing!

I have visited this one 3 times now. It's just convenient that they have a drive thru where the one I like doesn't. I don't know what they do to the smoothies here but that are very disappointing. The flavor is just not there. No matter which one you pick it just taste like water with a splash of flavor.

30 min in line for 1 smoothie at a place with 0 cars in front and 2 in the driveway is unbelievable. The nasty attitude at the window says it all. 0 stars if I could !!!

Usually love tropical Smoothie but omg $10 for this little thing that they didnt even bother to cut??? Like yea lunch rush hour fine, but this was a waste of money.

Whatever manager was working on July 8 at 1 PM of 2025 needs to be retrained. She’s more worried about Corporate looking into their inventory than meeting a customer’s needs. The tropical Café application was confusing regarding the free smoothie coupon and did not work at checkout unless you purchased/added the smoothie with your meal at the same time. It was an honest confusion for me and the manager has every authority/power to provide the free smoothie in person and manually edit inventory or verbally communicate whatever she has to on her end with corporate. She refused to be useful and amiable and was lazy. She told me there’s nothing she could do or even a refund but that I could come back another day and the coupon would still exist…. Absurd customer service skills.

She needs to be re-trained.

asked for a turkey bacon extra toasted. came out cold w not even melted cheese. asked for a side of kale apple slaw and got it but had no flavor like it was old and soggy and had been sitting out. not the first time its happened either. i keep coming back hoping to get a better meal from them but never fail to disappoint:(

This is hands down the worst Tropical Smoothie location in the city.
Not only did the delivery driver completely ignore the instructions to hand me the order—choosing instead to dump it on the porch in 90-degree heat and vanish—but the store also failed to fulfill the order correctly, leaving out one of the smoothies entirely.

What’s even more infuriating is their complete disregard for basic customer service. Try calling the store? You’re greeted with a voicemail that flat-out tells you they don’t answer phones and directs you to drive to the store yourself to let them fix the order they should have gotten right in the first place.

I’m in a wheelchair. If I could have driven to the store, I would have. Instead, I trusted their process, and I was completely let down. Even worse, because I used their app, DoorDash won’t lift a finger to help, even though they handled the delivery. So I’m left with an incomplete order, no way to talk to a human, and no refund in sight.

This isn’t just a mistake. This is a reflection of a business that lacks accountability, professionalism, and any sense of pride in their work. It’s unacceptable, it’s careless, and it shows they simply don’t care about their customers.

Avoid this location. They’ve earned the reputation of being the worst.
