I've literally been sitting in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes and I ordered one smoothie! I see at least 4 people in there and only one person making smoothies. Not only that...there's a line of cars wrapped around the building behind me. So after 25 mins of waiting I have my smoothie. If that's what you want to call it. So I waited that long to get a smoothie that tastes more like poorly flavored Blended ice. Now had this been the first time this happened at this location I wouldn't be complaining but I gave them a second and a third chance. Shame on me😮‍💨. I will not be going back. And yes the smoothie looked like that from the start liquid was starting to seperate from the frozen mush. And it was not tasty at all!

Every time I go something goes wrong , I ordered a chicken pesto and asked for just mozzarella and chicken and what happens they make it with everything and so much pesto you can see it .

Just left the tropical Smoothie at 7141 Southwestern suite and the caucasian young lady with the pink hair and all the piercings in her face Working the drive-through was very unprofessional and could not count back my change correctly. I had to knock on the window to tell her the correct change and she was kind of rude and me doing so my total actually came to $8.14 which I gave her $10.15 she was trying to give me a dollar and some change back when it clearly should’ve been two dollars And one penny, that is not very good customer service skills

This is the second time I have placed an online order and waited 20-25 minutes past the time it was scheduled to be ready. The staff claimed it was because there were only 2 people working but there was one car in the drive thru line and 1 customer in the restaurant. I asked for a managers information and was told they don’t have a card. Terrible service and I will not be back to this location.

This company did their research, good placement, small footprint, excellent products, health smart, but the problem is always execution. I want to come here 3 days a week but I almost never do and today this company lost me as a customer forever and it is so sad because I love their products. This crew has made it abundantly clear in very unsubtle ways that they only want tipping customers. Today I was actually handed the card scanner out the drive thru window like this was paying a restaurant bill at the table. We both knew what was happening. Also if the business cars to note, the public does not appreciate being asked for donations at the drive through window, for one thing we all know very little of that money makes it to the intended recipient, and we do not appreciate the pressure at the window. For those reasons I would rather take my hard earned money elsewhere. Very sad because they did almost everything right. Poor management will cause chapter 11 faster than anything...good luck to you.

They are usually very good, but today, my smoothies were watered down and had lots of ice chunks. I tried to scan the receipt to let them know how they did, but the store number on the receipt is incorrect.
