It was my first time getting a Greens Smoothie. I loved the suggestion.

Came through the drive thru and order 2 chicken chipotle flatbread and waited for a while which is fine . But when I received the over it was cold and it never is . Came home to warm it up myself and it tasted old .

Smoothies have been more consistent lately. Always friendly staff.

Place used to be a God Send! Last few months, terrible service. Super slow, food isn’t as good & the smoothies are constantly watered down or just lacking consistency. Please get better staff :)

I am the only customer here. Multiple employees are in the back ignoring me and having fun. Finally they take my order, 2 smoothies, so they chat about this guys wife and girlfriends for over 10 minutes before making my smoothie. I've been here for over 45 minutes now, only customer, and still waiting for my smoothies...
And of course, now they've been given to me with the lids halfway on, overflowed and dripping all over my hands.

One person worming drive through with line of cars one person sitting on they ass inside with no one manning the front register. Ill go else where. I advise rest of you to do the same

Order was completely wrong and it took literally 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and two smoothies. Waste of time.

Almost every time I come here it takes longer than expected for just one smoothie.

Bahama Mama Bowl - fresh fruit ( 🍍, 🍓, and 🥥) with granola, and. Yogurt.. Its tasty, refreshing, and everything you need to start the morning off right! Its a definite!

Don't come to this location if ou are on a time schedule because this location is not concerned about your time. They are understaffed and constantly running behind. The entire lobby is full with customers waiting and it's filling up even more. I have been waiting at the counter for 10 minutes trying to pick up an online order but when it'd was supposed to be done, I'm still waiting and when I was finally waited on they don't have my order ready. Why would you have a prime location on 23rd street and not properly staff the location.

They took about 20 min just to get my drink in drive through they never came we went around to tje other side to go in she opened the door looked at us she all ready knew took anpther 5 just to get tje drink

SLOWWWW made an online order came to pick it up and it wasn't ready which is okay but the time it took to get it....jesus...than its impossible to drink my icee...yup i ordered a smoothie and walked out with an icee apparently huge chunks of ice in my drink not to mention it was sour for some reason...
