Sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes is ridiculous and honestly not even worth it at this point. Will not be returning to this location.

Every single time I'm at this specific location I always have to sit in the drive thru for a super long time and usually end up late for work. This location needs some serious help or the staff needs to do WAAAYY better.

I worked in the food industry for over 10 years and have a lot of respect for the industry workers. I appreciate their work and almost always leave a tip when asked. But only when asked.

Twice now I have gone through the drive through and had a tip added onto my order after the fact. I only noticed because the total told to me at the window wasn’t matching up with the total that I was charged.

The first time I let it slide. The second time, I brought it to their attention only to receive a brief apology and an “oh I must have hit the wrong button. So do you want a refund?” I nicely asked for the refund as it was the second time this same thing had happened. Whoever processed the refund, whether the manager or a more senior employee was more rude than the initial employee. He never acknowledged me or the issue until he opened the window and then all I received was “it was an accident but here’s your $1.46.” Then he shut the window, turned around and walked away. As if the dollar amount wasn’t worth the fuss. But it wasn’t the about the amount as much as it was the fact that this was the second time this had happened with the same employee, combined with the fact that even if it had been 50¢, the correct response would have been a good attitude and an apology.

Not only is the customer service unacceptable, but frankly it’s difficult to “accidentally” add a tip to an order. I have seen this same employee at this location enough times to know she has worked there long enough for either her or someone else to notice that she receives a lot of tips for someone who works somewhere where tips aren’t asked for in the drive-thru.

10/10 would recommend checking your end totals if you choose to eat here.

Second time I’ve been to this store and it’s always super slow..I don’t know what happened .they very quick now it is bad.
Owners should look as what is going on . You will lose a lot of business.

We just had our car overheat waiting for our smoothies. Unbelievable!! 21 full minutes of waiting with no one coming to the window to tell us anything at all. I am so disgusted. We love tropical smoothie cafe, but this changes my mind. I do not recommend

Sat at the drive-through for five minutes waiting for someone to come to the intercom and say something and nobody did then drove around to leave and there were people just sitting around talking inside Will definitely not be coming back here

Super slow and zero customer-service. Our order was totally wrong after they handed it to me and I left. Then when I call back, they blame me for picking up the wrong order. They were amazingly rude and terribly behaved.

There’s new management there and the place has really shaped up! The orders are correct and smoothies are blended really well! I’m glad I have this place another shot! Very clean.

Hit and miss. I always just order one smoothie online and arrive at the drive-thru to pick it up within 10 minutes. Sometimes they have it for me almost right away, other times it takes them forever. One time they handed me the wrong order even after confirming my name twice (once at the intercom and once at the window). Smoothies are hit and miss too. The one I got today didn't seem to be blended right.Based on my experience and all the other negative reviews here, it seems like this location may be poorly managed, or suffers from bad hiring, or both. It's a shame that it doesn't seem to get addressed, based on the long history of bad reviews here. I'll probably start looking for alternatives myself, but also happy to update this review later on if my experiences improve.

Wow. The girl at the drive thru window did not say a single word to me. Even after I said thank you she just handed me my drink and walked off. So rude.....
