Wry friendly and fast service, which is needed in an airport!

I went to grab my drink and the lid was not on tight! It spilled on the counter and I asked if they were going to remake it and was told they were not allowed to, so I loss out on 1/4 of my smoothie! Terrible customer service and will not shop at one again!

The guy at the register is rude, But Angel P. is an absolute angel. She always gets my order on point. Great job on her part !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything is DOUBLE the price, and I can’t even get points for the overpriced foood I’m paying for. Let’s be real tropical is already mid but having to pay double the price for a flatbread is astronomical.

I placed an order and forgot to mention no cheese due to my lactose intolerance. Justin went out of his way to remove the cheese from my wrap after he had put the meal together. This minor action was extremely significant to me and is the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer. Great job to Justin and the rest of the team.

Sometimes I am astonished at how low a place of business can stoop. This location wants to charge 1.50 for a cup of tap water. You know all the rage may be bottled water and even I understand a cup is not free but 1.50 for a cup of water is just unacceptable.

Disappointed when I arrived at 6:50 pm and was told they were only serving smoothies because they were closing even though they are supposed to be open until 8. As we sat in front of the restaurant another 20 minutes they turned away at least 15 more customers. At that point they were not even serving smoothies.
