My first experience at a Tucker's was not here. I'd almost written off the chain because the food was burnt. I was in the area and decided to give another store a chance. I was glad that I did. The burger was amazing. The staff was beyond friendly. I could not ask for a better experience.
This is the only one we’ve been to, a couple times now. But we’re done. The food was just ok. Meat was ok, greasy fries and stringy onions though. The booths/tables weren’t that clean. Bathroom was clean. Salt in the shakers were wet both times and wouldn’t pour. Would be nice if the napkins and condiments were in the middle of the long table rather than way back against the wall. Staff was nice and courteous.
First time eating an onion burger and was quite disappointed. They forgot the onions so my husband gave me some of his. It didn’t help the dried out patty and scorched bun. Fries were under-salted. But the vanilla malt was really good!
