Great environment, delicious food, friendly service! Would definitely recommend if searching for a breakfast/brunch place in okc!

This place is so so good! The restaurant is in a cute little spot off 23rd with a nice little outdoor seating area. Their menu has a good little variety of sandwiches, salads, and all things breakfast for all tastebuds. The food is so well thought out and created! So good! I want to go again already

I can't say enough about this totally unique and tres' chic' little find on NW 23rd uptown district. How about some fine dining in the most welcoming and European dining atmosphere? A charming, clean and comfortable space with lots of natural light. My dining partner and I enjoyed 2 different sandwiches and 2 different fries and shared it all. Every bite was delightful. The service was perfect. I'll be back until I try the whole menu.

Really cute place. Lots of drink options and prices aren't too crazy. That being said, service and food were meh. Our sever got nicer towards the end of our meal, you know when it was time to tip. Food and coffee took a while to come out, but they are new and it was busy so we didn't mind. The menu is interesting and the presentation is quite over the top but it doesn't make up for lack luster taste. It reminded me of resort food in that way. Don't know if we'll be back. Took 30 minutes to pay. Waitress paid the five of us out one at a time despite all of us being ready to pay and ready to leave after 2 hours. Giving 3 stars when I want to give 2, but figured I'd cut them some slack since they're new.

We have been looking for good Cuban sandwiches since we moved back to Oklahoma. I think we found it. The bread was perfect with lots of meat. The roast pork was perfectly seasoned and moist. Overall a great sandwich. The Holland windmill pancakes were to die for. We will be back soon.

The location is nice and the restaurant itself is really cute inside. There's lots of seating and it's a comfortable atmosphere. I tried Unwind Cafe with 3 of my friends for brunch on Sunday... there was no wait to be seated. I'm giving 3-stars simply because our food took over an hour to come out. The coffee took 20 minutes and while we waited for our food, we were never offered refills or anything. While sitting there, the restaurant filled up and at times there were no tables with food in a full restaurant. Once three of our meals came out, we waited another 10 minutes for the last persons food to come out which was just potatoes and eggs. For a sandwich and an orange juice, my total was close to $30 with a tip. I would try this restaurant again TO-GO but would probably not dine in until some issues are figured out.

This place sucks. The food took forever, and when it came out, it was cold. The wait staff was rude as well. I went on a Sunday, and my gf got the French toast (it was too sweet) and I got some mush plate, it was good just very cold. In the end, they checked us out, and the lady was hovering so I felt like I had to tip well. Otherwise, I would've tipped like $2. After that, they asked us to leave cause it was a Sunday and they were backed up. I use to be a waitress so I totally get hogging tables... but we weren't? And that isn't polite to say that to someone!!! It's not our fault we were there forever!! They took forever to bring our food out. I am never going back.

We have been meaning to try this place for months. It is so close to our house, but always seems super busy so we haven't had the chance to stop by. Finally found a slow time so we had to stop by. I had the sweet Elena sandwich, which honestly might be the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. Along with the truffle fries, I was more than satisfied. Can't wait until I come back and try more of the menu!

Again I had to come back to Unwind Cafe to have the avocado and burrata toast in the same week! It was even better the second time - the same deliciousness as before. The avocado and creamy burrata with tomatoes and greens were so filling and the basil oil and balsamic were true to their taste and enhanced the taste even better. Before I left I decided to order The Signature - the Cuban sandwich. I have never tasted one and thought who better to have the chef prepare me one because they know how to do it. I did get it to go and it did not disappoint me. The pork, ham and pickles along with the soft bun was amazing. And the accompanying fries I believe were coated with parm cheese. So crispy. I forgot to photograph the fries but they didn't last long when I got home! So I will be back again.

This place is charming and deserves to have more lunch business. The first sign of a good place is there isn't a long menu. I knew I'd find something great. I had the Sweet Elena sandwich with the chimichurri fries. The sandwich WOWed me. Cream cheese with strawberry jam on a turkey sandwich was an incredible combination. The chimichurri fries were loaded with flavor. I'm still thinking about this whole meal. The only bad thing I had was the brewed coffee. It tasted burned, like the bad coffee you get at a conference. One small change that could help is a sign that says, "please seat yourself." It's a little confusing when you enter. Go check it out!

Went in for Sunday brunch and the staff was unorganized and rude. Lied about wait and just completely moronic. Need hostess

Very disappointing. Bills itself as "European Caribbean food," but seems like an American interpretation of that, like a carbon copy of a copy. I had the Cuban sandwich, which consisted of sliced processed ham and processed pulled pork on a burned brioche bun. Not at all like their photographs on social media nor like their neighbors at the barbecue joint down the street nor any of the handful of authentic Cuban restaurants in the area. (Zarate's in Edmond does a MUCH better job as does that Cuban joint on Southwest 29th.) Do not recommend. Take note of the owner's/business manager's attitude and responses with regard to anyone who's leveled any criticism -- angry, defensive, and belligerent. Everything is "baseless" and everyone is wrong in their warped view. Attached are photos of Cuban sandwiches from area competitors. (Backdoor BBQ and Zarate's Latin Grill.) They're not that sad, bland pulled pork garbage I was served. P.S. It appears the owner has been WHINING to Yelp and had the posted photographs removed earlier. The photos might get removed, but this review isn't going ANYWHERE. In fact, it'll be hung around their neck like a dead skunk.

Have been wanting to try this place out and decided today was the day. They have vegetarian options and I got the Truffle Mush, which was tasty and filling! Everything was cooked well and came out quick. We had to get some pastries to-go because we were full, but they looked so good we couldn't resist. Only complaint was the coffee was burnt, but that could just be a bad batch. They have a sign warning that they are short-staffed and everywhere is, so please just remember to be patient and kind.

Wow! I love food made with care and passion...this place delivers! Beautiful presentation and delicious as well. Comfortable seating, really cute decor. We shared the Paris lover's French Toast & the Spaniel...highly recommend both. The French toast was perfection....Dark chocolate, not overly sweet.

The hype is real, folks -- the Cubanos here really ARE all that and a bag of chips. Per the restaurateur's own words, "House made brioche filled with layers over layers of Black Forest ham, slow roasted mojo pork, Swiss cheese and pickles (lots of pickles!), then topped with cream of three mustards and cheese. A journey to our Old Havana. Not all Cubans are the same. This one was born here in OKC. Made by Cuban chefs for the Okies."
