Urban Teahouse

When my husband and I were referred here by the REV facebook group, we weren't sure what to expect. This little place was tucked away and took a moment longer to find than I expected, but it was still pretty busy. Ty was very helpful and patient with us as we made our selections, and he helped me choose some tea that didn't have mango since I have an allergy. After packing up five loose leafs for us, he also made me a phenomenal coconut milk matcha latte and a summery citrus hot tea and cookie for my husband. Thank you, Ty and Urban Teahouse! 10/10

One of my favorite stops for a drink! The most refreshing iced beverages for warm weather and tasty treats when you need one. They have the most abundant tea selection you could ever imagine. Oh and the best matcha latte in town. Christy is incredible and I love catching up with her every time I visit. It’s pup friendly and my dogs always look forward to their treat. Highly recommend her business!

I've been here three times. They are always so helpful and pleasant. I brought my kids yesterday, one of which is not a tea fan. They won her over by letting her smell the tea, and poured a teeny tiny amount of tea on a plate to taste (some dried fruity tea). It was the best experience. Their teas are amazing. A great environment. Check them out!

We tried some of their tea at Neighborhood Jam and decided to order online for their loose leaf to brew at home. Everything we’ve had from them so far is so flavorful and fresh! Online ordering is easy and ships quickly and has had a sample of a different tea each time. Highly recommend.

They’ve got a great selection, reasonable prices and fantastic staff. I honestly don’t know what they could possibly do to be better. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re definitely missing out.

I don't live here in OKC; I came to visit while looking for a ceramic mug strainer for my mom (she doesn't want the metal ones I guess); Urban Tea House has mugs and strainers and strainer mugs but not what we were looking for.
The cozy tea smell of this place is such a vibe though and I also ordered tea while we were here. I got a London fog style made from their earl grey cream and had honey and almond milk. let me say here that it was absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly air yesterday.

Really cool little tea house. I got a few high quality teas there and they even gave me a couple of free samples. Made my day. Not many places to sit in there at the moment but they do look busy.

Amazing selection of teas. Always fast and good shipping and also love shopping in store when we can.

I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to. I came here to get a gift for a coworker. There were 3 employees and.no one else in the place. I came in and was greeted but that’s where it ended. I asked for suggestions, got nothing. Made a selection finally and had to ask to be checked out. Then the employees just walked away and I had to ask if I could have my receipt. She turned around and said “oh yeah!”, and I had to get my own receipt off the printer! 3 people!!! Not a good way to get a return customer!

I found my tea spot!!! Today was full of happy accidents — the salon I was going to today wasn’t open and I really needed a haircut and a pedi, so I looked for something open nearby who could squeeze me in. Found Walk In Salon on 23rd and they brought me a little order card to pick my tea… iced, hot, monk fruit sweetener option, and I got the Rooibos Caramel… 🤤

SO good!!! I will be stopping in anytime I get a service at my new salon (and every time I’m on 23rd! What a happy new year it’s turning out to be already!

Great tea selection, but the owner was very rude and almost put off by having to make tea for the customers. Lost count of how many times she rolled her eyes. Very sad seeing as we don't have many fine tea places in OKC. I'll give my business to Inspirations Tea Room from now on. Much more reasonable in pricing and stellar customer service.

Their matcha is top tier as well as the almost 100 flavors they have! You can walk in for a hot or iced drink to go, or order online, you won't be disappointed. I love tea and this place would easily make a believer out of a novice! The staff is laid back and incredibly knowledgeable adding to the calm vibe of this lil gem right in the heart of Uptown. It's a must stop!

Staff here are absolutely splendid! They're very attentive and caring when giving service. The tea is also superb!
