I’ve always been impressed with the food and service at Vast and its food programs—truly top‑rate. However, it saddens me to share that during yesterday’s Italian Passport Series event at the Mile High Cocktail Lounge, my group felt we were treated like second‑class guests. We were the third group to arrive out of many, yet we were the last to receive our drinks and absolutely the last to receive our food.
At first, I tried to stay optimistic and told my group, “This is only their second of a five‑series program.” Unfortunately, we watched several groups who arrived well after us receive both food and drinks long before we did. You can do the math.

We came from out of town and wanted a fancy meal for our anniversary. Vast carried that completely. From the nice valet drivers to the atmosphere, food, view, and the great workers were all on point! I don't remember our waiters name but he was awesome! We had a tornado warning and they calmly followed emergency procedure, reassured everyone and thankfully the storm passed. The salmon was delicious, the Mint Berry Crunch was a tasty drink and the desert were sweet. Thanks for giving us a great experience, weather wistanding. 😊

Lunch buffet was awesome for the price. Great place to have a lunch date with the wife or just to have lunch.

The food is not very good. The view is amazing and the staff is great, but really you are paying for the view.

I didn’t want to leave a review but others need to know. So first off the gentleman and the ladies who waited on us kudos for excellent customer service. I have nothing against the staff. However this is about the food I came in for just cocktails and dessert. I was extremely disappointed by the crème brûlée extremely like to the point I wouldn’t recommend this place for dessert. They burned the sugar like charred it, my friend is a 5 star Michelin Chef and has taught me a lot plus I am a baker myself you never char the sugar it needs to be golden brown, I included photos it was so bland and no flavor, it tasted like a horrible marshmallow you forgot in the fire. I didn’t care for my drink either it wasn’t my cup of tea. I wouldn’t come back here. If you’re wanting good desserts and better cocktails go to Paseo Grill. Photos included of how burnt they made the sugar.

The views alone are worth coming for — absolutely beautiful. We grabbed seats at the bar, which turned out to be the perfect move. All the bartenders were fantastic — super friendly, genuinely engaged, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can always tell when someone actually enjoys their job, and it really showed. The drinks were creative and really well crafted, not just your standard pours. Everything felt thoughtful and balanced, and you could taste the quality. Between the scenery and the great service, it made for such a fun, relaxed experience. It’s the kind of place where you plan to stay for one drink and end up lingering for a few more because the vibe is just that good. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for great cocktails and an unbeatable view.

It was a good experience except for the fact the valet curbed my rims.

We went there for our 28th anniversary. The food was fabulous. The waiter, Jake, made some great recommendations. I had the Surf & Turf, my wife had the scallops, and for starters, we both shared the whipped bone marrow butter with sourdough bread, fricking-amazing!! Jake told me to save some for my steak, and he was spot-on! The atmosphere was great, views were beautiful, and we even received a tour of all the different areas in the restaurant and different views by Colby Poulin, the beverage manager. Great guy...We highly recommend the Vast! These folks were simply spot -on... and our highest compliments to the Executive Chef, the wonderful sous chef, and line brigade. Everyone was Awesome!

My husband and I travel to Oklahoma from
Texas to eat at this restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was top-tier. But the food was not the best for me. I thought we would have a different menu than the one offered. The server told me the menu changes monthly. I didn’t know this and the menu was seafood. Which I am allergic to. He tried his best to accommodate me and I was very grateful for that. But the food was not great and I wanted my steak medium well. But ended up with medium rare. Maybe in the future we will try it again.
