this place is absolutely one of my favorites. had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. this place has a cool atmosphere. feels like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed visiting.

The restaurants inside looks ok. The servers were kind and accommodating as much as they could but the management is beyond terrible.I had an event with many friends and we rented the place out for the night. The servers would say we can bring in alcohol but they wouldn't serve / open bottles for us, no big deal.Very old woman with frizzled hair I think is the manager would say no alcohol after the servers said we could, and we already had some bottles inside clearly out in the open. Eventually the manager flipped out in front of all of the guests about no alcohol. Why? Because she wasn't selling it herself? Extremely terrible customer service, unprofessional, terrible attitude, and not hospitable. I wish we NEVER gave them a dime of our money. Will NEVER return and will tell everybody to stay away .We paid good money to have great service and a decent venue, and the manager treats us like annoyances. We will have future events at places that will treat us like customers . Im not asking to get our behinds kissed, I'm asking for decent customer service for the money we paid.
