Did not ‘love' charcuterie board; needs something sweet like fig jam or your house jam; variety wasn't great—pickles, olives, capers and more olives. I won't order again. Everything else was great—other food, wine and service!
My husband and I tried new dishes based on recommendations from the waitress (which we asked for)...the Chalkboard and a Chilean Seabass dish and both were excellent. The waitress (Ashley) was very friendly and provided great service. They even surprised us with an anniversary dessert! We definitely recommend this restaurant!
The service and food were outstanding. Scallops cooked to perfection and the braised short rib was so delicious. We started with spicy tuna roll and it was superb, finished off with ice cream which was perfect size scoop after eating so much food. The atmosphere is elegant and low key; which at my age makes it nice to relax and have good conversation. No shouting or noisy neighbors right on top of us. I sure hope they stay for a long time. Will definitely return! Thank you Chalkboard...
