I went in here to pick up a delivery order around 5 PM today 3/24. After being 6 minutes past the order ready time I made a comment about how this place is always slow on orders and it makes no sense because there was literally no one in there (there was one party of five). The cashier absolutely snapped and told me how rude I was and that I could leave. Honestly I’m surprised she heard me since she had her nose buried in her phone. They have been very slow every time I have been there. I just won’t pick up here anymore which is fine by me but look out for the cashier if you dare to venture in!

Came here for dinner. There are plenty of seats. Did not have to wait too long for our meal.
Fantastic Food & Amazing Service!
VII Asian Bistro is a must-visit in OKC’s Asian District! The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is exceptional! We started with the crab rangoon, which was perfectly crispy, creamy and delicious. I had the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl, and my husband enjoyed the flank brisket with meatballs pho—both dishes were flavorful and perfection! Great place!

This Vietnamese-focused restaurant is best known for pho, but has many other great dishes and the service is fast and phenomenal. In a city with lots of Vietnamese food, I keep coming back to VII because they never fail to make a great meal.

We always get the fresh spring rolls and the lettuce chicken wraps, both of which are always very good. (Watch out for the Asian mustard served with the lettuce wraps, it's violently delicious! If you aren't accustomed to it, keep your water in hand to save yourself!)
The service is generally absolutely top notch but can go down a bit on very busy days.
The pho broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. They also have add ons available, like extra meat, extra veg, side of broth, quail eggs, shrimp, meatballs, etc
It's also not just pho! They have not only other Vietnamese dishes, like rice or noodle platters, but typical Chinese style dishes like Moo Goo Gai Pan, Lo Mein, and Sweet and Sour Chicken, as well.
In short, there's something for everyone, including the kids, and we've never had anything poor quality there. Recommended!

I recently dined at your restaurant and had an issue I feel needs to be addressed. I didn’t finish my noodle soup and asked for a to-go container. To my surprise, I was charged an extra $0.75 for the container.
Isn’t it standard practice for restaurants to provide takeout boxes for customers without an additional charge? This left a negative impression, as I believe small gestures like this contribute to a positive dining experience.
I hope you’ll consider revising this policy for the sake of better customer satisfaction

Restaurantji Recommends
Wonderful restaurant situated in the Asian district of OKC. The staff was convivial and able to seat us right away during dinner time hours. The aroma of pho permeates the restaurant air, which is a plus. I ordered a large P-12 (pho with flank and round eye) as well as 1 egg roll; as always with OKC portion sizes are generous and pricing seemed average. The menu has plenty of Chinese and Vietnamese dishes to sample and choose from which is definitely worth trying.

My usual place for Pho is closed for their vacation. So I had to venture out. I am so glad I did! This was the most protein I have seen in a bowl of Pho in over 20 years of enjoying the dish. Egg rolls were really good and bigger than most places. I will definitely be back!
