Watched Lady working behind counter eating food off the line. Decided not to go here. Disgusting

This was the worst. I ordered a pasta with sauce entree and what I got was flavorless mush in water that had been microwaved by the person making orders. It was just awful even adding cheese and garlic gave no relief.

Food is awful and the staff couldn't get away from their phones to service us one bowl of Mac and cheese!

The pizza dough is raw!

It's 7:00 on a Saturday night and it's 2 hours before the mall closes. The employee working refused to make any more pizza. There wasn't any cheese or pepperoni when we tried to order and he refused to make any when we asked. It's unbelievable!! Terrible lazy employee!!!

Great mall pizza. This is the former Sbarro pizza, typical mall pizza... delicious and one of my go-to stops in the mall. Staff has always been polite to me, and the food is always hot enough too. Normal mall pizza prices... large sliced pizza with normal prices. I've gone there dozens and dozens of times since it's been Villa Italian Kitchen (and many hundreds of times when it was Sbarro Pizza before that).

Rude employees, I was there on my birthday, no expectations for any special service, but at least normal customer service. I placed my order, then was charged for items I didn't order. Then I do the online survey and "Corporate" calls me from Tulsa to apologize and says he will make this right by sending me coupons in the mail.... This was weeks ago! I been insulted by their staff, treated like I was in the wrong, then someone claiming to be from corporate lies to me while wasting my time. I'd go to any cheap pizza place and get better service and food. Horrible service obviously lead by a liar for the corporate boss. Thanks for nothing, I hope a better pizza place moves in that food court. Villa Italian Kitchen will never get my service again!
