This Waffle House used to be so good but it’s gone down hill in a bad way. I’ve come here maybe 3 times too many just due to the fact that I work close by and love WH food but today will be the most. Did an online order for literally one time (Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich) and it took over 45 minutes to get my order ready. No apology or explanation, wasn’t offered a drink while I wait and the place empty so I don’t understand this. To make matters worse there was like 6 employees working but they all seem to be going in a different direction. So frustrated that I’ll have to find somewhere else to eat but oh well, won’t be back here.

Frostbite & Waffles – A True Waffle House Experience
Look, I came for waffles, not an arctic survival challenge. The food? Spot on. The service? Excellent. But the atmosphere? Absolutely miserable. It felt like they were running an industrial deep freeze instead of a diner. I barely had time to enjoy my meal before it went cold—faster than a relationship with commitment issues.
I get it, keep the place cool. But this wasn’t cool, this was punishment. It’s like they wanted me to shovel down my food and flee before frostbite set in. If I wanted to eat in subzero conditions, I’d book a flight to Antarctica and ask a penguin to pass the syrup.
Until they turn the thermostat up from ‘absolute zero,’ I’ll be dining elsewhere.
I arrived this morning before 4 am. Two employees were sitting inside. The door was locked. They saw me and waved me away. I thought this was a 24 hour location. What’s going on. Cost me an extra uber fee.

Today is Christmas Day and the morning manager lady came in putting her crew down and belittling them, while basically throwing her “power” around. Anyone who tried to say anything she came at with a serious attitude. I just finished a 12 hr shift and needed a break. I was hoping for a coffee and a snack. Though after she treated her crew like that all the moral went down and the employees didn’t even want to help the customer. I felt like a ghost. Stood at the register to purchase the one cup of coffee and stood there forever before finally getting someone’s attention. Long story short, this location needs better leadership.
Phenomenal prices, wonderful waffle, blissful bacon. Highly recommended for a tasty low cost meal.

Says they are open 24 but only let customers in supposedly at 6am. Got there a few minutes before and waited, they in fact don't open doors at 6am and stared at us without a single brain cell.

The waitress was amazing. We just had a couple cups of coffee but they made us feel welcomed and took very good care of us. I don't mind when staff can relax and have a few minutes to themselves but they didn't do that at all. They were all busy the whole time taking care of their respected areas but also made sure their customers were taken care of. Highly recommend going to see these lovely people.
