Never was a big fan of Waffle House but this one is the best overnight restaurant I’ve been to hands down.

1 star is to much for this place. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Very rude and they will talk behind your back and can still here what they're saying. I run a successful buisness and would never treat my customers like they were a burden for coming in. If you don't like your job go find another one!!!

I normally love waffle house but we went in and waited a while for service when the manager finally assisted us. He complained about being short staffed and people not coming in while taking our order. Then when the employee came in she was yelling across the store at the manager asking why can you yell at me like you did and think its okay. It was a huge spectacle across the store for the majority of the time we were there and it was between a manager and employee...not expected and completely ruined breakfast. I never refuse to leave a tip but on that day I did just that, if that makes me the AH...oh well, we didnt have a server other than him taking our order and he wasn't professional by any means.

Gave me the wrong order, girl upfront talk wayyyy to much. Please pay attention to the order, stop talking so much for attention. I drove home 20 mins away, not really worth it to drive back. So 1 star it is. This happened on 12/5/25 @ 920pm
Never gets my order right when I go to the I35 OKC location.

They don't have waffle house where im from and I've only heard stories of the legendary waffle house. Im not seeing the staff fight off criminals in the parking lot, but I saw a racoon driving a car. Food is top notch and service is amicable. I try to pass by here every time I drive by.

The food was good but all these fees are ridiculous. Service charge, to go fee, and a tip adding up to $10.00 on top of my food price. And why am I being charged a tip I did not dine in and I already was charged a to go fee. You guys are really out of line for this I won’t be back.
Let me start by saying I’ve been a loyal Waffle House fan for decades.
That’s why it pains me to ask—why is Waffle House overcharging customers on to-go orders?
The price for Cheese & Eggs is listed at $8.25, which already feels steep for two small eggs, a slice of American cheese, two slices of raisin toast, and reconstituted hash browns—ingredients that probably cost around a dollar total. But when the not-so-friendly waitress rings it up, the total becomes $9.25.
Then comes the mandatory 20% to-go order fee, and to top it off, the waitress made it clear she still expects a tip - saying she doesn’t receive any portion of that mandatory fee.
I’ve also noticed that while Waffle House food is fantastic when served hot at the table, it turns into greasy, soggy mush by the time you get it home.
Waffle House, you can do better. The founders would never have approved of treating loyal customers this way.
