I went into the location on Mustang Road today right at 6PM to pick up a to go order. As I was standing at the counter waiting on my food to be bagged, there was a young red headed male employee by the fryer and a young male employee with dark hair and a rat tail standing by the opposite counter. The red headed guy looked at me and then looked at the dark headed employee and said, "who would want to tap that?" The employee with the rat tail looked at me and then looked at him and said, "no one would tap that." They both kept laughing. The young lady working the drive thru looked at them and said, "yall are talking really loud, she heard yall, and she is looking at yall." Then she looked at me and whispered, "I'm sorry" several times. The employee bagging my food had a name tag on that said MANAGER! She was listening to all of this. The two employees that were making the rude comments kept on talking. I finally looked at them and said, "that's enough, I have heard everything yall are saying!" They just laughed. I looked at the manager and asked who I could report this situation to, she rolled her eyes, and said, "just go to the Wendy's website, they are just being stupid." She NEVER said a word to them. There was another employee just standing watching all of this that had a very large knife hanging off of his belt. I told the manager I was going to let it go and not say anything but even after they knew I heard them they kept making comments and not once did she say a word to them. She simply told me again, "they are just being stupid!" I walked out completely in shock that this whole situation had just happened. Someone needs to get control of how the employees at this location are acting and treating customers!

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to if you’re going to go to this Wendy’s make it around lunch time cause dinner/night shift is trash every time I have went I’m done with this location from now on I will drive across town or get something different

Greasy and old hamburgers served. I understand, fast food restaurants are hit and miss due the sole number of customers daily so I try to be kind and patient. I respect Wendy's workers but I did not appreciate old / cold burgers after workout. Please, serve fresh food.

Cold fries wonder why because they just be sitting there, chicken sandwich skin falling off is because they just sit there for hours until you buy them,watery cheese because it’s water added to it. staff don’t wear gloves sometimes. General manager makes inappropriate gestures to minors or call them inappropriate names. Frosty machines don’t be properly cleaned sometimes left over frosty mix put in buckets and added back the next day with new frosty mix sometime none. Drink machine spout for drive thru rarely cleaned. Some employees don’t wash their hands💀🤣 lemonade machine cleaned once a week so the lemonade just sits in there until Sunday clean even when the machine broken. Them bacon bits are just burnt and bottom grease bits from the pan they just finished using bacon from or a batch they burnt up. just pay attention and you will see 🤝🧐
