GET YOUR CHOCOLATE FROSTY MACHINE FIXED! ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR! This place is poorly run and has the worst tasting food. Either cold or just tastes old. The only thing we have tried to come back for is the chocolate frosty and every time we try they claim their machine is broke. It's literally been almost a year. Will not visit this location again

Waited forever for cold stale fry’s, and awful chicken nuggets, meanwhile two of the employees were outside shooting Rowan candles at evacuees other and some small kids in the parking lot. We will never go there again.

Ordered and paid for food but the restaurant was completely abandoned and shutdown. They never refunded the money. Called customer service and they wouldn’t cancel or return the money. They said they emailed the franchise owner who was supposed to contact me but never did. I called the restaurant and they were rude, didn’t apologize, and were kind of threatening. They basically said come find out. I really hope they don’t get anymore business and after this experience I will never go to a Wendy’s again. They don’t care if their customer are scammed. Who knows how much money the scammed people out of while they were closed and still taking and charging for mobile orders. They should be shut down permanently.

Took mobile order and charged card but the restaurant was abandoned for the whole day. They won’t give a refund. Scamming restaurant. Don’t recommend.

This is the most poorly run Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Management obviously does not know what they’re doing. Four out of the six times that I’ve eaten there. They have been out of something or it’s been cash only because something is broken and More times than not, I got the wrong order or the food was cold, when you go through the drive-through. This is coming from somebody that never takes the time to write these reviews, but I thought people should know to at least try A different Wendy’s than this one

Pulled up to the drive through and waited for several minutes - finally pulled around and the store seems to be closed? No signage or anything and it's listed as open, drive through menu still on and everything.

Unbelievable. I placed an online order today around 12 noon. When I arrived at the store to pick up my food at 12:15pm, several cars were waiting in line only to realize the restaurant was closed. Nobody was taking drive-through orders. I parked my car to go inside. Nobody is there. I was tempted to make my own order. Instead, I left, out $8. Thanks, Wendy's!

I went into the location on Mustang Road today right at 6PM to pick up a to go order. As I was standing at the counter waiting on my food to be bagged, there was a young red headed male employee by the fryer and a young male employee with dark hair and a rat tail standing by the opposite counter. The red headed guy looked at me and then looked at the dark headed employee and said, "who would want to tap that?" The employee with the rat tail looked at me and then looked at him and said, "no one would tap that." They both kept laughing. The young lady working the drive thru looked at them and said, "yall are talking really loud, she heard yall, and she is looking at yall." Then she looked at me and whispered, "I'm sorry" several times. The employee bagging my food had a name tag on that said MANAGER! She was listening to all of this. The two employees that were making the rude comments kept on talking. I finally looked at them and said, "that's enough, I have heard everything yall are saying!" They just laughed. I looked at the manager and asked who I could report this situation to, she rolled her eyes, and said, "just go to the Wendy's website, they are just being stupid." She NEVER said a word to them. There was another employee just standing watching all of this that had a very large knife hanging off of his belt. I told the manager I was going to let it go and not say anything but even after they knew I heard them they kept making comments and not once did she say a word to them. She simply told me again, "they are just being stupid!" I walked out completely in shock that this whole situation had just happened. Someone needs to get control of how the employees at this location are acting and treating customers!
This was a great experience. It's my favorite Wendy's location that I've been to in Oklahoma.
I got a Krabby Patty here and I love it.
I hope I may still be able to order the burger after the promotion ends.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to if you’re going to go to this Wendy’s make it around lunch time cause dinner/night shift is trash every time I have went I’m done with this location from now on I will drive across town or get something different

Greasy and old hamburgers served. I understand, fast food restaurants are hit and miss due the sole number of customers daily so I try to be kind and patient. I respect Wendy's workers but I did not appreciate old / cold burgers after workout. Please, serve fresh food.
