Do not eat here. I live nearby and have gone every few weeks since moving here, they have failed every single time. Whoever runs this place doesn't seem to understand basic things like hot burgers or fresh anything. My last meal was room temp with a quarter filled large fry. They are consistently bad.

Staff were friendly and prompt at the drive thru. While they got my burger and fries correct, the sour cream from my wife's sour cream and chive potato wasn't put into the bag. Additionally, the salad we ordered was half rotten. I recommend a review of your salad expiration dates.

Me and my girlfriend came to the drive-thru just a couple minutes ago and received a terrible service from the lady taking our order. We were the only people in line, but she was treating it like a dinner rush. We could barely get a word out to order and she overwhelmed us with her constant talking. When we got to the window she was doing what looked like busy work to me, and gave us a side eye and raised her pointer finger to tell us to wait. When she opened the door to take our payment she said, “sorry im all over the place right now.” I’m a barber and I understand what it’s like to be new to the service industry, but I just want someone who’s not going to rush me through the line; especially when there is one person in line.

2 weeks ago I came in here for breakfast. Got home and my order was completely wrong. Had to return to get it remade. Now I decided to try again, this time for dinner. Again, got home and had the wrong order. Came back and told them and their reply was "do you have your recept." Not I'm sorry, no apology at all. If you decide to give this place a try make sure to check your food before leaving or you'll be making a return trip!

The app wasn't working.I was told I couldn't use my reward points or redeem offers because it had to be placed online.My order was large and had many customized items. I asked if she wanted to get them off my phone. "No, just read it to me" is the snotty response I got.Even tho my offers and rewards were not going to be used, I decided to order anyway. Two of the first three things I ordered were out of stock.I've never had any issues until this last visit.

Ordered in the drive through. Was handed my good and I asked if it was all of it. The girl at the window said it was. I drove around the building and looked through the food. 1 ordered was completely missing. Pulled back around, the girl saw me started laughing and ran from the window. I told the guy at the window I didn’t get my burger and fries and he said, “You didn’t get them?” Then someone handed him the rest of my order. They knew I didn’t my meal. There was no professional or customer service. It maybe not the greatest job in the world but have some pride in the way you do your job.

They gave me a molded breakfast sandwich. I’m glad I checked before I left the lot. The manager didn’t even come talk to me they made the two young guys talk to me. This location sucks! Health department needs to check them

This place is ridiculous. There were multiple workers inside that we saw standing around, we went at 11:30pm and they don't close till 12 and the guy said "we had to close early due to short staff." Then when we asked "are you serious?" his rude reply was "yup". No apology or care. Will not be returning.

Chili was SO SPICY I couldn't eat it! At the very least, if you're gonna make it THAT spicy, offer spicy and NOT spicy for those of us the can't or don't want spicy!!

Stopped by last night around 11:30 and it was pretty packed. They young lady working the drive thru was extremely nice and patient. Definitely appreciate her attitude amongst the chaos. She was quick and the food was fresh. Salute to that new guy crew.
