I'm a delivery driver, I went to the drive thru for a pick up and they said they was closed in a rude manner when I took pictures of the hours like I'm required to do when driving back around to exit she was screaming at me "I said we were closed" so I got out and tried to explain to her I have to take a picture of the hours then she runs to the back snickering then comes back then I tell her what I was doing and tell her she could have some better customer service and she says I was circling the building, yeah I have to snap the hours on one side of the building and I can only exit on the other side of the building.

For being a new Wendy's location, the quality of food AND service has gone straight downhill. Fries insufficiently cooked (like a raw potato), cold food, inability to get the order correct (despite 2 attempts to clarify) and employee inability to show the order on the drive thru screen). This is not the quality that Wendy's is known for. Not going back.

I ate lunch with my sweetheart and ordered the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger with garlic sauce - loved it! My wife also ordered the gluten free version of the same (it was wrapped in leaf lettuce). She liked it, too!😊

I just stopped at the Wendy’s at about 1645 on Friday, October 4, 2024and had a really good customer service experience from a young lady. Her name is Trazaria. She was attentative, listened to hear me instead of listening to respond, and actually got my order right on the first time. Make sure she’s recognized for this.
