This was for a mobile order that they had a solid 20-minute warning on, would not give us our drinks even before we were sent away. If this is how they get around, the customer expected service time. They literally hold their customers ransom for a solid 30 minutes.

We drove across town to a new location despite having the old one .9 mi away......ice cold fries and nuggets were not what we expected but at least the order was quick and correct which is more than the old one

I wouldn’t recommend the krabby patty meal it is a waste of $10.00. My autistic daughter has been a SpongeBob phonetic since she was 3 hours old 17 years ago. She has seen every episode, every movie and her cloths are all spondge bob. So she was super excited when Wendy’s offer a krabby patty meal so I of course had to go get her one. Didn’t come in the box it was suppose to and she got no stickers at all. This was so disappointing and having to explain to your specials needs child that they misadvertise this meal and that I was sorry put her into a fit and took me 3 days, and a new pair SpongeBob shoes, and shorts to calm her and make her feel whole again. So DO NOT WASTE A DIME!!! Especially if it is for someone who doesn’t understand it like normal people do!! Fries were cold as well and it was just a Dave’s single hamburger, didn’t even have any special sauce on it, or the added pickles and ketchup I had added to it! Wonder when they will get shut down guess the better businesses bureau, and the health department don’t care about or health and safety!!! Won’t ever return. Might decide to hire a lawyer and sue for false advertisement!!!

The lady in the drive thru rude and lazy. Horrible customer service. Drive thru had myself and one other vehicle when i arrived and the drivethru lady could only take one order at a time. Years of customer service and i can take money and orders and have a smile good attitude. And people wonder why they aren't getting 15 an hour.

I can't even give them a 1 star, but I had to in order to make the review. The lady at the window was not nice, (if u don't like ur job, find a new one.) Got our food, my burger bun was so stale I couldn't even eat it. The meat patty was tiny. McDonald's meat patties are bigger than what I got. Our fries tasted like they had been there all day, all of our food was cold, my daughter wouldn't even finish eating. I love Wendy's , but I will not be going back.
I order my food on the app watied about 30 minutes got there they didn't have it ready mad me pull forward no one came out there's to help me sat in line for like 1 hour eventually left

Went to get a loaded baked potato, burger and fries. Potatoe was old been over cooked, bacon was soggy, and didn't get the extra butter I requested. Mgr is rude, mouthy and likes to insult paying customers. Needed to get silverware as none was given and she yells at us saying we had been loitering in parking lot when we just went through drive thru. Wouldn't recommend going there unless u like being treated rudely

Was annoyed with my last visit so it has been a couple of months since I tried to eat at this location. Today I thought I would give them another chance to provide any semblance of efficiency or customer service. They failed miserably again. I got in the drive thru line, with one car in front of me, at 12:52. At 12:58 I was still in the line with the same one car at the speaker in front of me. I gave up and went across the street to McDonalds who took my order, collected payment, and gave me the food in less than 3 minutes. As I left McDonald’s, the same car was still waiting to order at the Wendy’s drive thru. My advice, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION ON 89TH AND PENN. They are terrible in every way. Food, service, cleanliness, assistance….every way. I would give negative stars if that were possible.

Long drive thru wait, hard buns and a flat cold burger, it was like shaved gyro meat super flat and overcooked. Didn't even feel worth it and I got it on sale!
