Went into the store today, and, upon arrival at approximately 1130 hrs, half the lobby was still locked. When I got inside, there was nobody manning the counter or the kitchen, and I had to shout at the top of my lungs to get someone out of the back of the restaurant. Then, when I got my order and left, I found out they didn't give me the cookies I ordered, and I tried multiple times to call the store, and nobody answers the bloody phone.

Went to get breakfast at 9:10 am. The lights were on and looked to be at least one worker sitting in lobby. Waited at drive thru for about 8 minutes with no one responding. Not going back.

Ordered breakfast, was served the wrong food for my husband, my breakfast biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it, had to take the meat, cheese, and eggs off the biscuit in order to have something to eat. Our dog chewed on the biscuit for hours though…. My husband was going to go in to have his order replaced since it was wrong and the doors were locked…..again the dog was happy with his order so we had to go down the street to another Wendy’s in order to get my husband his breakfast…. Ten out of ten do NOT recommend this establishment!

This location is nasty, floor is matted down with grease. Took forever to get food. Went in took 30 minutes. I was the only one there. There are moths flying around. This location succckkkksss!!!! Don't eat here!!
would 100% give 0 stars if i could. THEY are out of small cups, i wanted a small drink, i said sooooo since YOURE out of cups you give me a medium and i pay for a small. KATRINA said no. it is not MY fault you didn’t put in the proper food truck order. i’ve worked in fast food for a million years, when it’s YOUR FAULT YOU FIX THE PROBLEM. it’s NOT on the customer to pay for YOUR MISTAKES. i just moved to this area, i love wendy’s, but i will ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME TO THIS ONE. ORDER YOUR DANG TRUCK PROPERLY AND YOOUUUUUU FIX YOUUURRRRRRRR MISTAKES. NOT the customer. SMDH. side note: i WILL be calling corporate. di this is unacceptable treatment of PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Sat in drive thru for 25 mins waiting for them to answer the speaker. So I pull up to window and get told they have no food and are closed and it aint come thru. If you dont want make anything or do your job then be respectful enough to say something thru the speaker not let people sit waiting for you to talk. That is not professional. I order my food with plenty of time before close their no excuse for the treatment me a d the car I fron of us got. I am high disappointed and pissed. I do not recommend this Wendy's to anyone that reads this their service sucks at night and does not deserve any business. All it would have taken was a simple response at the drive thru speaker

Wendy's on Lincoln Blvd on the East side is the best I go every Friday morning and my food is always hot and fresh and so so good Mr pretty eyes always have a smile at the drive thru window
