Every single time I go to this one they mess up my order. Never get what I actually ordered. Ordered a baconator and got a regular bacon cheeseburger. But oh they charged me for the more expensive one! The wait is ridiculous only to get a cold burger and cold stale fries. It sucks cuz me and my fiancé love Wendy’s but we definitely won’t be going to this one again.

I've been here on 3 separate occasions for lunch and received food that has been sitting in warmers too long each visit. It seems it's too much of a bother to receive hot fresh food at full price. The overall restaurant appearance reflects what you'll experience visiting this place. I will not return to this Wendy's location.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in over 10 years and now I know why. First the service was not so great. Asked to pull up or over when the car in front of me wouldn’t allow for that. The girl then told the manager I refused to pull up. Very rude! Then I get home a little suspicious of my food but either way it was terrible. Spent 13 for a single burger combo and it was thrown away. Not ever going back to any Wendy’s! Just my experience and my opinion.

Limited seating Bathrooms are only accessible with staff help Limited parking and often difficult to exit to roadways Cons Mgr if store is often loud, discourteous and unreasonable. Often has attitude when issues are brought to her attention.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is not access via wheelchair. Entrance has a ledge that has to be navigated to enter door and it is narrow and had two doors to pass through no automatic door available

This Wendy's looks different than Wendy's in other states and the menu seemed different too or is there just less on the menu?! Don't know but I wasn't impressed except the service was fast and friendly. The burger didn't have much flavor, the lettuce was too hard and the Frosty's was okay. Maybe eating at home from now on?!

I'm sick and tired of coming in and never getting what I asked and paid for!!! I ordered 3 honey mustard sauces which they charged for and I didn't receive any! We had ordered both of our meals large and she didn't input mine in as a large. I wouldn't have cared if this was one time. But this has happened several times, and I'm usually in a time crunch when I come in so I don't have time to come back and have it corrected so I just kinda have to deal with it. Just please, do better!
