Put in a mobile order for breakfast.. drove up there and still had to wait almost 30 mins for food!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Will not be going there again.. Wendy's has my favorite breakfast, and they are the closest thing to me.. place was not even busy..

A walk up order inside for one person took 25 minutes. I ordered it to go, it was on a tray and not in a bag. I ordered a Frosty with, there was no Frosty. So I had to wait another 5 minutes for that. To top it off, while I was waiting and watching other people get pissed about waiting I spotted a Roach crawling across the floor. No they were not short-handed on people this day, they just do not know how to manage a fast food restaurant.

My order was simple and easy and after saying it's six times and the rear drive through speaker I thought hey finally understood that I just wanted a large vanilla frosty fusion. But I couldn't be more wrong. They told me to pull ahead as they would have to rethink on how to make this one and after sitting there for 20 minutes I look back to them laughing and joking in the window. I was quite irritated at that moment and drove off without my order thinking I would call and voice my complaint. And when I call and ask for the manager on duty I get hung up on. And would not answer the phone again after. Thankfully when I drove to the store on 12th Street in Moore the mod there was a complete 180 of my previous experience Enrique is a shining example of what customer service is or should be.

I am predicting saying that this store will close, they never have full service anymore they do not have enough items on the menu and they take more than 10 minutes to give the food
I ordered the 5 for 10$ and I was asked to pull up. I literally sat there for like 10/15 mins waiting. So I finally went inside. The lady at the front acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I was like I've been parked on the side where y'all asked me to pull up an been waiting. They literally have had me pull up every time I've gone. If you order a lot your going to be pulling up. And it's a long wait. The workers are nice, but the organization here probably could use some work. I've dined in a few times it was clean and stocked. The bathrooms were clean. The food was good but it was weird that the bottom of my burger the bun was hard as heck on one of them.
