This is my second time at this location. The first time, I couldn't eat the fries. They were old and crunchy. This visit: I waited at the counter to place my order, and I was ignored for about 15 minutes. There was one customer in the dining room and two cars in the drive thru. There were 6 employees on duty, including the manager. The manager was at the loby register, correcting an issue, not once did he acknowledge me. The employees looked at me, but none acknowledged me. I ordered a Dave's Double Cheese Burger. And it cost me $10.87. I will add the picture. I will not be back to this location. Unfriendly and unprofessional. From Manager down to the newest employee.

Gent who handed out my drivethrough order decided to be insulting commenting on my vehicle needing washing (mind you this was on 3.14.25 after high winds and a dust storm) He doubled down by backdoor bragging and pointing to his own vehicle "worth well over 100k, I have to keep it clean" he says.

Did an online order for work and called ahead of time to see what time they closed.. 1am.. Fast forward made the mobile order and it was submitted at 12:52 am. Arrived at the store at 0104 am. First off whoever answered me on the kiosk was very rude "we're closed". I responded, "Oh I made a mobile order", "we're closed".
So i proceeded to call the store and a lady answered the phone and told me she had no orders on her screen, which I find bs considering I put the order in 10 minutes before I got there.
How do I get my refund? Through the app... but the app you can barely navigate to begin with.. so Im calling management in the morning.

Ordered online waited in drive through for 45 min for them to short us a burger. Go in and explained what I was missing. Told them I needed the missing mushroom burger without the bacon. They handed me the burger only to find out it had bacon on it. Went back inside for only them to remove the bacon. I explained to them I needed a burger that bacon hadn’t touched. Of course I got sick from bacon touching my food. I get it I could have got sick from anything but to lie about making a fresh burger with no bacon touching it is crazy. I don’t eat out ever and the one time I do and this happens. Never again will I eat from Wendy’s.

Got to the drive thru and they made every single customer wait about 15-25 minutes between orders, even door dash had to wait. Food was eh, service was also eh. Overall I’d just go to this location if you’re desperate and willing to wait a long time in line.

Drive thru around 10pm. They are open until 12. Fries were cold as ice and hard as a rock, the burger was barely warm and taste awful. Waste of almost $15. I’ve had food poisoning twice from restaurants within 5 miles of my house so it is hard for me to try another one. I didn’t get sick from Wendy’s but the food I got should have been trashed hours before I got there.

Came through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The fries were lukewarm. What i found on my sandwich was a piece of hair. I had to throw the entire sandwich away. Thank you for making me waste my spouse's money!
