Placed online order today @ 1:00 pm for my lunch break. Received confirmation email went to store and there was sign on drive thru speaker and window. Store was closed.

What happened to Wendy’s? They have a sign that says they are closed but every time I go by there, I see people eating so I called in there one day and I took a picture and she said those were district managers. I guess they’re the only ones that’s able to go inside to eat possibly but they said there were no food so what’s going on Wendy’s? So sad.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever gotten. Had to wait 20 minutes for my food and then had to get a refund after having to wait at the lobby door because it was locked. I understand being understaffed and not having enough people but to ignore customers is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered burger no tomatoes and no mayo got a burger with no condiments and only lettuce fries were cold ordered tea no ice ..tea had ice..by time realized was back at room was not happy but was not going back out ..mind you room 3 min away.. do better definitely not recommended

My mom loved the meat, she could actually eat it. It didn't have many people in there so they really catered to us. Several nice people working.
