I used to like Wendy's but the last few times I went my order wasn't right they gave me someone else's order they just throw the food together fries and everything was cold I'm sorry if they are slow with no business why do they serve cold food that is just lazy I won't go back to this location

I was rushed by the worker in the drive thru after asking for a moment just to have paper in my food. Im unpleased and disappointed by something so simple that has have me come to the decision not to come back to this establishment.
The lady on the drive thru was a complete idiot and rude. My fries were cold. Avoid the place go to the other Wendy’s

Wendy's night shift is rude and unprofessional the GM is rude to the only nice manager there is Theresa and Janet the district manager need to do better or not they gonna lose all they customer the restroom was nasty the whole restaurant was nasty

The food be reheat and cold it's nasty the worker's drinks and smoke on the job
Lunch, Oct. 21, 2024. Wife went to the drive thru to get my grandson a Krabby Patty meal along with our orders. She pulled forward and shortly after they brought out our order. It was missing the Krabby Patty meal so she got out of the car and went in to get it. She told them it was missing, and a man behind the counter stated that he saw the meal placed In the bag, and aid she would have to bring the bag in. She came in, dropped the sack on the counter. When he saw it wasn’t there, to cover up for his mistake, he called my wife rude for dropping the sack on the counter, said I’m a manager too, so just give her the money back. My wife said it was rude to call her a liar. A woman manager came forward and quickly resolved the situation by providing the meal. Except for the actions and attitude of this male manager, and the delay in fulfilling our order, everything was fine.

"I was really disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. When I finally got my order, the food was cold and the burger was poorly made, with wilted lettuce and barely any toppings. The cookie tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for a while. Overall, it felt like they just didn’t care about quality. Definitely not worth the visit."

Staff and management are very rude and can't handle simple questions without giving attitude and being mean. If your looking for a "nice" place to eat then this isn't it. You will be treated like a dog and served like a dog because they are that rude.

Lady taking orders at 11:05 was awesome. Not once rushed, very friendly and patient even though it was a fairly big order. Felt welcoming unlike most fast food places around here. And all the while was actually able to multi task because we would say an item and she would always say something back in a timely manner while handing drinks out to the car at the window, taking their cash through the whole process of us ordering. Very impressed and don’t come across people who can multi task the old fashioned way if you know what I mean. Simple, fast and easy peezy. And the food was so good I made my girl drive home while I ate my whole meal:)
