Customer service was horrible there were no customers in the restaurant and one car in the drive-thru and four or five employees standing around I asked was there anyone working at the counter the guy just shrugged his shoulders. I Will not be returning to this location

Ordered at 6:28 pm. In front of me was a family if four, 1 person ordering 1 meal, 1 person ordering 1 frosty, then me, 2 cars in drivethru. After the family of four waiting for 22 minutes received the wrong food, they asked for a refund and left. At 7:02, yes 32 minutes, I received the wrong burger after the manager and cook unwrapped 3 to see which was mine. At 7:09 my meal is mediocre. The whole place is trashed. Straw papers and tea all over the counters, two spills on the floor, shoes stuck to floor not even where the spills are, trays stacked up at full trashcan, 6 of 16 tables are dirty. 4 workers were literally in the weeds, making 9 meals. Slow time was a hot mess!

I've been going to this location for years, and I have just accepted the fact that they have an unprofessional drive-thru manner. Also, if you like ordering through the app, I recommend always selecting drive-thru pickup for this location. They lose track of your order when it's for pickup inside the restaurant. They focus on drive-thru first and take their time making regular to-go orders.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches , a medium fry and their new bacon after fries. What a rip off. The staff acted deaf and mute when I let them know that my medium fries were missing after waiting in drive thru for over 15 minutes at 830 in t he evening. The Baconater fries take the prize for biggest disappointment. One piece of bacon stuck on top of very little cheese. Hardly any fries and cold. Please see photo. Shame on you Wendy's. This location is HORRIBLE.
