Everything was an absolute mess. Bathrooms were disgusting you have employees vaping in the bathroom and there's only two stalls. i was going to place a order but then i heard a woman screaming like a crazy person at the employees talking about how she doesn't need anybody she will fire all her managers and star over. i will never come back to this location ever again this was a very uncomfortable environment what kind of manager is allowed to treat people so bad and still have a job i won't be surprised when this store gets shut down. als the lobby was horrible, all the cussing words make me feel very uncomfortable if i could give no stars i absolutely would.

I absolutely love Wendy’s food but it really does suck how I will order on the app and I always give them 10-15 minutes before heading there just in case if they’re busy but will always still have to wait 10-15 minutes sometimes 20 for my food. I order online so it can be quicker and it never is. I’ve been giving them grace considering about a month ago when I went through the drive through around 9pm and was told “we’re closed” and at first I thought she was joking but she said nope they’re short staffed and she wasn’t gonna be doing everything by herself, so therefore I understood and left. So I’ve been giving them time to get things going again. But every time I go after I put in an order on the app, it’s always a long wait. They always forget the straws and sometimes when I’m in a hurry I forgot to look, having to call and double check that they have potatoes suck because paying for a baked potato and not getting it sucks, the potato I got tonight was still semi hard. It’s just thing after thing and it does get a tad bit frustrating which sucks because I loveeee the burgers there. And it also just seems like there’s always an attitude, I only ever go at night and a majority of the time when I go there’s 0-1 cars and maybe 2 cars when I leave. So they’re never busy when I go but always have an attitude as if I’m bothering them.

I did an online order through the app. I watched my order be made the whole time. Horrible communication between staff. My sandwiches were done 20+ minutes before my nuggets and fries were and they decided that, instead of having nuggets and fries ready for when the sandwiches come out like a normal person with common sense, they didn’t start dropping my nuggets and fries until the sandwiches were sitting for over 20 mins! The manager, a tall, Older white lady with curly hair gave almost zero authoritive direction to her staff and allowed this to happen, all the while 3 dine in customers got their food even though they ordered after me. OH, and during all this, an employee on their off day came in to order food, and they were in and out in under 5 minutes! I’m so disgusted by this location

Waited 10 mins for the store to open for breakfast and was then told it will be a 20 mins for them to cook the bacon and sausage … waht is the point of opening at 8 for breakfast for only 2 hours and why on earth would you not have everything cooked and ready when you open?

I ordered a kids’ meal with chicken nuggets, fries, and a Frosty. The fries were served cold, so I requested a refund. I had paid with a debit card, but instead of refunding the payment, the manager gave me cash and refused to provide a receipt. When I asked for one, I was told it was “her receipt.” This occurred on October 1, 2025, at 4:40 PM.

Please update your hours online. I came through the drive through at 950pm on a Saturday, and was told that this establishment is closed. Your hours of operation are misleading, and not in good practice with business standards if your staff is unwilling to serve guests during posted times.

I usually don’t leave reviews but i actually want to warn everyone . Next time I stop and try somewhere food I will read reviews. Forst by ordering this girl didn’t took my order right and keep asking what ?! Then when they gave us food horrible I had chicken wrap undercooked . Fries cold and old my daughter had Cesar salad with hair
! Discussed ! I was about to drive back but I am not about to start there at all . And order is not what we wanted ! If manager Reed this u should get your restaurant in order ! Never ever
