Went in thinking I would have a great experience per usual but instead was greeted with a nasty mean old lady who said “are yall taking this togo”. She said this because the restaurant closes at 10 but it was 9:36 when we walked in, plenty of time to enjoy a burger. To make matters worse, she thought it was appropriate to hold her hand in someone’s face to tell them to hold on because she wasn’t finished putting in the previous order. Cynthia needs a new job and lip combo!

dude kept making excuses and backhanded comments in front of my families faces. “that’s what happens when you order so much food with only 2 people working.” not OUR fault your establishment has you short staffed. not our fault you guys kept the open sign on. if you’re open that means you’re expected to serve customers. don’t act so in disbelief when people pull up to your window and don’t expect us to pity you for not having more people clocked in. next time put a sign up that says “sorry in advance we have two of the slowest people with the lowest iqs working tonight” lol 🤣 totally unprofessional behavior and horrible customer service. hire people who are actually willing to do their job right and accommodate customers accordingly. although there was a wait, we stayed and got our complete order until the ginger got it right. hope that helps teach you guys how to do your job right.

Their coupon scanner doesn’t work at the drive thru I attempted to place an order then they said they couldn’t honor my coupon cause the scanner is broke so I had to cancel it and order it online the First Lady told me to place the order that they were already making the food so I proceeded to do that. I only had two items on the order so it literally took me like 1 1/2 min to add the biggie bag and ten piece nugget and use Apple Pay to check out!!! While I’m using my Apple Pay The manager Melanie comes over aggressively swinging the window open saying “pull around we will bring it out” I said no thanks I’m paying now she slams the window says something to the other workers then comes back and says “ I need to move up they will bring it out once it’s ready” the other lady had already told me it was being made. I will be calling corporate to complain on Melanie and how she had no compassion for a customer who had no fault in their coupon machine not working!!!! I will never go to this location all the workers are always outside smoking and this location hardly gets any business and I see why. I ended up not getting anything from here will not go back and Melanie needs more training and the coupon scanner needs to be fixed

Very good pick for food most of the times. They do manage to put mayo on my stuff a decent amount but I can look past it because the food is always amazing otherwise.

I had three frosty's forgotten in my doordash order last night. My guess it was due to it being 15 minutes till close. And the nuggets were old and cold. This store needs to hire better workers.

Went through the drive through for a dingle wrap. Staff were impolite and obviously miserable. Got my wrap and thankfully didn't trust eating it before opening it up. Who puts a lettuce end with a spot like that in a wrap, other than to screw me over?

This restaurant was open when many were closed on a 🥶 cold Sunday morning on NW Expressway!
Staff was kind and clean. Restaurant was clean. Cartoons only on TV though, would have liked the news.
Good coffee. Basic Wendy's recipes. This store happily has an older store vibe.

Parking: Good access to busy shopping! On the way to many things.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes and drive thru. I guess you can order ahead. I miss the Wendy's salad bar!
