Extremely rude for no reason. Did not tell me how much my order would cost and did not provide a receipt. Very uncomfortable ordering food there it's obvious they just want to go home. Will never go back.

Yesterday me and my husband went to Wendy’s around 11. They rushed us over the mic in the drive-thru. Very rude like manner. Rushing us to pay. Not a nice tone. The food was cold and not fresh and very messy. There was lettuce everywhere in the packaging of my chicken sandwich. This is one of the worst Wendy’s in the city. Pathetic and need new people working there during the night time.

I have been ordering by the exact same meal at Wendy’s for years, even when they temporarily increased the price. My first time ordering at this location and they tried to charge me for the BBQ I have ALWAYS gotten with my meal WITHOUT ISSUE. It would be one thing if I ordered and exuberant amount, however I ordered the two I always get and use. This is after I already paid a fee to upgrade the meal as well. So I didn’t bother ordering the others. So I canceled and drove to the location slightly out of the way but with much better service.pretty sure the kid was just pissed I order no ice in my drink which is also the norm. It was only an extra mile from my house and it will be fresh by the time I get there. Heck when they had mystery sauces managers sent me home with a little baggie of them to try since they know our family so well. Since they were all spicy if we didn’t love it we would just mix it with BBQ because it is out favorite. We will stick to 36th and May

What an absolute joke this is I am so surprised it’s still open. The place is ran so incompetently sit and waiting to order breakfast at 6:45 in the morning. Wait for 15 minutes and nobody answers or says anything the food is usually mediocre even for Wendy’s just stay away trust me

Went through drive got my order real quick just for it to taste like garbage old fries half cold the burger tastes and looks like it’s been sitting for an hour they didn’t even give me a receipt for my order

The fast food here is correct and promptly finished when ordered. Pretty much every other fast food place in the area will give you an incomplete order or take forever.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Very impressed with the quality of food. It was hot, prepared well, and delicious. The root beer was perfect. The service was quick. Incredibly impressed as I have had terrible food and service at other locations.

Went to Wendy’s at 10:30 pm because my daughter couldn’t eat the food I made for dinner. But she needed to eat. Went to drive thru and only had my phone so I used Apple Pay. The lady at the window with the pink hair and face piercings rolled her eyes in frustration as if Apple Pay or tap pay is not the new norm. I asked if I did something wrong to her because she made me feel that uncomfortable. I work in the food industry I really was rubbed the wrong way because she had little knowledge of how to take the payment and that I seemed to be inconveniencing her. Poor job tonight and I hope it gets better soon

Went in thinking I would have a great experience per usual but instead was greeted with a nasty mean old lady who said “are yall taking this togo”. She said this because the restaurant closes at 10 but it was 9:36 when we walked in, plenty of time to enjoy a burger. To make matters worse, she thought it was appropriate to hold her hand in someone’s face to tell them to hold on because she wasn’t finished putting in the previous order. Cynthia needs a new job and lip combo!

dude kept making excuses and backhanded comments in front of my families faces. “that’s what happens when you order so much food with only 2 people working.” not OUR fault your establishment has you short staffed. not our fault you guys kept the open sign on. if you’re open that means you’re expected to serve customers. don’t act so in disbelief when people pull up to your window and don’t expect us to pity you for not having more people clocked in. next time put a sign up that says “sorry in advance we have two of the slowest people with the lowest iqs working tonight” lol 🤣 totally unprofessional behavior and horrible customer service. hire people who are actually willing to do their job right and accommodate customers accordingly. although there was a wait, we stayed and got our complete order until the ginger got it right. hope that helps teach you guys how to do your job right.

Their coupon scanner doesn’t work at the drive thru I attempted to place an order then they said they couldn’t honor my coupon cause the scanner is broke so I had to cancel it and order it online the First Lady told me to place the order that they were already making the food so I proceeded to do that. I only had two items on the order so it literally took me like 1 1/2 min to add the biggie bag and ten piece nugget and use Apple Pay to check out!!! While I’m using my Apple Pay The manager Melanie comes over aggressively swinging the window open saying “pull around we will bring it out” I said no thanks I’m paying now she slams the window says something to the other workers then comes back and says “ I need to move up they will bring it out once it’s ready” the other lady had already told me it was being made. I will be calling corporate to complain on Melanie and how she had no compassion for a customer who had no fault in their coupon machine not working!!!! I will never go to this location all the workers are always outside smoking and this location hardly gets any business and I see why. I ended up not getting anything from here will not go back and Melanie needs more training and the coupon scanner needs to be fixed
