I went to Wendy's today for lunch I asked for extra lettuce and I got one piece of lettuce my fries were cold and the front counter worker was under trained not a good experience 😕 and the sweet tea was not sweet at all and I asked for sugar and got two small bags this was my favorite place to eat but not any more 😐

Me and my kids were served cold fries, so of course I wanted them replaced. The manager acted like she couldn't hear me until I got another employee's attention, then she seemed irritated when I requested to get our food remade. We have visited this location often and never had an experience this horrible until today!

Everywhere says they open at 630am but they don’t actually start working till 7am. Even then they don’t have any food ready till 715am. I will it not be back and I hope in one else does either. Ridiculous

This location used to be great but has really gone down hill these last couple of months. Food is never fresh, staff is rude, and they give you the wrong size fries almost every time. Very disappointing considering how good service here used to be.
When your looking for something different other then McDonald's this is your place they have salad, burgers, chicken nuggetsfor a reasonable low price.

I've been here three times now. Each time the sandwiches were spot on, however the fries were some of the worst I've experienced in quite some time. All 3 visits resulted in hard, dried out fries from heatlamp fatigue. Folks, throw those fries away. Make new ones. If you wouldn't eat it, then why should I?
