It's a roll of the dice with this Wendy's. They are extremely slow and often out of stuff especially frosties. On a recent visit I ordered the Dave's double combo when I got home only had lettuce and a pickle. I had also asked for light dressing you know ketchup, mustard and mayo it basically was dry. I called and told them the problem and they said" we're out of tomatoes" I said there's no onion either " they said nothing. I took it back and got a refund. A few weeks later went back ordered the same thing and it was good. Hey, it's hit or miss with these guys mostly miss.

We went in to take my step daughter here because she requested it and we were sitting there waiting on our order and we witnessed a kid (whos name is Joseph apparently) bagging up several peoples including our chicken nuggets with bare hands. And we watched him pull the nuggets out of the drawer and stuff them in the nugget packages. We requested our money back and wanted a refund bc I will be damned if any of us eat anything not properly served. There is no telling how many people that were served before we came in that was served with bare hands.

Every single time we go through the drive thru the workers are ALWAYS talking on their personal cell phones on speaker and don’t even acknowledge that you exist. The orders are ALWAYS wrong and customer service is non existent. I’d rather drive to another location than go back to this location.

We got here and placed our order as soon as possible I spent 10$ on my 10pc. saucy nuggs and got ghost pepper sauce. I kid you not it took 30 minutes to get my food and during the time I was waiting I was drinking soda when I was get my soda syrup splattered everywhere. The 4 16 year olds were probably trying their hardest but this was not a good experience the place was just falling apart and worst of all the ghost pepper nuggs weren’t even spicy so it kinda sucked🫤

Just went about an hour ago.
Tried to call & got no answer.

I’ve been waiting for today because of the Krabby patty drop & under the sea frost.

Had to go for dinner because of work & I have a 6 month old.

I could hear the guy taking orders & could already tell he was irritated because of his tone.
Pulled up, he asked me to wait, then I ordered & he had an attitude. I get it! I do! But it’s been out for this to drop today for awhile now of course you’re going to be busy. I said thank you & he said YUP & shut the window. I just shook my head because again I get you’re irritated because everyone is there to get it. But what really did it for me is I ordered the frostie, got home & it was chocolate. 😔

I ordered it separate because it doesn’t come with the meal. So if they were out of vanilla could have just said that & I would have got a soda & tried it later.

Beautiful Wendy’s & beautiful location. But always feel like they hate their life & always have attitudes. 😔

Again, I tried to call & no one answered.

Took 20 min to get two frostys and a jr cheeseburger. Ridiculous.

Went to drive through, behind one car. It took 20min to get to the speaker. Us and only one other car there mind you. Get to the speaker and I say,"hello, hello?"(politely) no answer, I wait a couple more min and say hello again. The woman screamed at me saying, " YES! IM HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW!"
So I drove off. They are super slow and very rude !

Unfortunately this place is just bad service top to bottom. Long wait, cold or dried out burgers. Not sure if this is a corporate or privately owned, but someone needs to get a hold of their business, geez. Feels like fast food service is over.
