I ordered a cheeseburger with no ketchup mayo or mustard and a small tea. I was on my way to work finally opened the cheeseburger to eat it and there was a big blob of ketchup on it and the tea had a nasty taste to it so I dumped the tea out and threw the cheeseburger away. I expect to get my hamburger or cheeseburger the way I ordered it, not slopped with ketchup mustard or mayo and they need to wash the tea container out it tasted sour.

I don’t understand why EVERY time I come here I’m asked to pull away from the window and wait 15+ minutes for my food. your poor timing (5:30pm why are you not prepared for the dinner rush) shouldn’t trap me waiting once I’ve already paid own your crappy window times if you can’t perform to the standards your company sets. Then you’re out of half the menu. Get it together before more people get fed up like we are and stop coming. I’ll take my business to one of the restaurants near by who know how to serve customers and run an establishment.

My Husband and I were refused service at 10am because we just did a long drive off the highway and wanted to eat inside and we were told at this location we can’t because they only have two employees working

Food seemed very blah today. Fries were cold, burgers were not at all tasty. I will say the employees were kind and put a good amount of condiments and veggies on the burgers to help cover the badic patties.

Food is fine. The female employee working the drive-thru was not friendly one bit. Seemed annoyed I asked for ketchup. Did not say a word. Provided no napkins or straw.
I could not order anything the lobby is never open in the morning as it should be at 7am. Every day its locked. And if the lobby does not open at 7 it should be posted

This place is a total joke you can try and place a mobile order so that your food is ready but it doesn't matter if you place the order 20 min before you come in to get it theyvwont start working on it until you walk in... And when you do walk in the employees are all standing around talking to each other instead of working. Walk up to the counter and the girl litteraly looks up at us makes a upset face grabs a paper bag says just a moment walks over to the fries unfolds the paper bag stands there for a moment then crumpled the paper back up and slowly made her way back to the counter ... wouldn't make eye contact lingered around the font for a few more moments then finally slowly walked over to tak out order. This place doesn't care about people's limited lunch time I litteraly stood at the front writing this review and still haven't had my order taken
