The staff at this location was very disheveled as well as all seemed to not like their job. The location building and parking lot were very messy and run now.

When people that work there do delivery, can you please tell them to make sure everything that we ordered is in the bag and can they sell the bag shut please because I know that when Uber picks it up every time I order from Whataburger y’all forget at least two or three items every time and then I don’t wanna think it’s the driver all the time and then I have to take away It only hurts them also because I have to take away their tip when I give them a good tip I have to make it shorter because the items that they want to refund you for that they rip you off Uber. They forgot to put the onion rings in there last night, two large ones and a large fry with the meal and then every other time They’re always forgetting something so that’s why I have this review of. I’m just saying it’s hurting the Uber drivers also where we think they might’ve ate our food, we don’t know but then how come every time they deliver anywhere else I get everything I receive everything fine but it’s always this place. It’s always missing something always every time I order from y’all and it’s not that often but when I do you always forget everything I spent $50 what delivery and food and everything just please pay attention and what’s what we order please put it and make sure it’s in the bag and still it tight please thank you.

As of right now this review is totally based off of the ridiculous fact that I have to wait through the drive-thru after ordering my food online because they close their Lobby after 10:00. Not even allowing people to come in and at least pick up their orders

Fries were hot which I waited 10 minutes for, Patty melt was cold and milkshake was warm. It was a pick up order I was on time picking up so couldn't figure out the 10 minute wait.

SLOW SLOW SLOW forever to get food 10 workers only 2 working rest just talking. The manager was in the office on the phone. Acted inconvenienced when team member asked for help.

What is the point of ordering ahead if they don't start making it until after you arrive to pick It up. Thanks defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Now I'm late getting back to work, but you don't care because you already have my money. Will no longer use online service. There is no point!!!

First off, I love me some Whataburger, but this particular restaurant 124, might have some health code violations or some type of violation that I can't think of at this moment. But waiting at the drive thru I noticed some employees with long hair and some with beards preparing and cooking the food with no hair or beard nets. I just don't want to taste or pull some hair out my food knowing it ain't clean. The operating partner, Christina Edwards, needs to double down on the proper PPE and some health codes that might be floating around at restaurant 124.

Worst experience ever! Went this evening to get food bc we worked all day! They got it wrong! (big surprise) Called to rectify the situation and the manager was super rude and basically told me I could come back and get what was missing out of our order. However, I feel like we deserve more compensation considering. Come back up here and we will give you what you paid for. Absolutely not. Maybe you should deliver it! You need to compensate for the fact that we have to inconvenience ourselves to come back up there! Terrible customer service Jerry with a J. Calling Corporate tomorrow. And didn’t you almost kill someone last week? Someone got food poisoning from a burger. Won’t be back. 🤢 Thanks for the sprite without syrup! So worth the money! 😆 Not!!!!

I waited in the drive thru for over 30, didn't get my order right and was missing my son's food. With 4 or 5 people standing around laughing this is unacceptable. Will not be returning

I just went and ordered food to eat, my order was 45 dlls and they only wanted to give me three packets of tomato sauce and on top of that my three potatoes were halved and cold and old and with a lot of salt.

Very slow on a Monday night !!!

It was after midnight, and the line was wrapped around the building, so I went in instead. I bunch of loud and clearly drunk Caucasians were making messes playing around. The staff all looked young and not in control of anything going on. I ordered anyway because I was here and hungry. My burger was soooooo dry.. the patty was not fresh because they were trying to mass cook due to the rush. My fries were fresh but only because the woman in the drive-thru pissed off the workers, so they gave me her fries and made her wait some more for fresh ones. My sweet tea seemed almost extra full of ice because, for a large, I should've had more than 3 gulps of tea before it was out.
