The absolute worst Whataburger I ever been to in my life that gave me a cold Burger ? I could have gotten sick the cashier was throwing around my money I'm watching her throw around my money and then hand me back my change and thowd half of my change on the ground through the drive-thru and then the manager I tried to explain it to her she act like she did not care I said that her cashier was rude she tried to ignore me I said you couldn't hear what I said I will never go there again and I would like to speak to a general manager

I like Whataburger because the food is good, there is good seating most of the time, and they have good ppl working in the resturant. it can get average due to how many ppl who are working in the place. but for me the food is better than mcdonalds imop. better buck on this food. imjs.Parking: It depends at about what time of the day. on rush hours it does get busy, Late night the drive through gets full on the weekends. go in before and after rush hour times. most of the places there is enough parking.

Had an order delivered from your store and it was taking longer than usual driver text me and let me know that manager on duty was giving him a hard time and that he was running behind because of this. So I called the store to see what the problem was and was first lied to by her saying they were waiting on frys which I ordered onion rings. Then when I called her out on her lie she said whatever and hung up on me. This was horrible customer service. Food finally arrived and it was cold and not up to standard. This manager has no customer service skills and should be fired and I want my money back spent 50 on trash

Drive thru employee's were polite and positive even late at night and busy as all get out. My Just-A-Burger was AMAZING. By far the best I've ever had from any What-A-Burger. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone.Parking: Very small parking lot was empty at night but I could definitely see it being a problem during the day like lunch or dinner rush.

I don't know if this store is 1041, there is a VERY RUDE manager named Sharee. She was very rude and unprofessional, how she talks to her employees is ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I feel sorry for the employees that work there and have to put up with being treated like trash. Do better Whataburger, seriously I'll be contacting the corporate office there is absolutely know need to have her running that store with how she treats customers and the staff. Disappointed the food wasn't even worth it with the awful service she was giving and how she looked down on and talked to the other employees. Highly unsatisfied.
