Drive thru lady was nice,but everyone else seemed to be lost I sat in the drive thru forever We only had a little bit of time for our lunch break, at this rate I'm not gonna be able to eat my lunch,it's not even a big order, just 2 combos,what's going on in the kitchen guy's!!!! My chicken strips were gross and old I've had better fresher and tastier chicken strips from a gas station!!

I had a great experience at Whataburger! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, making sure my order was just right and checking in to see if I needed anything else. The service was fast and friendly, and everyone had a positive attitude. It really made my meal that much more enjoyable. Thank you to the team for making me feel welcome—I’ll definitely be coming back! We enjoyed the Prickly pear samples !

Honestly decent food but a severe let down. Went to the drive through, was only two cars total, so not busy. Took them 30 minutes to give me the food, then they still managed to mess it up somehow. I ordered a bacon burger. Paid for one. Sadly did not receive one.

Whataburger has come a long way. Patty melt add bacon. Omg delicious! Banana pudding shake was so worth it!
Stopped in for lunch yesterday and everything was made and ready in a very timely manner. The honey bbq chicken strip sandwich is one of my favorites, but when they have the buffalo chicken strip sandwich that's the best. They need to keep that as a menu mainstay not just bringing it back once a year for a couple months. All around great experience food was hot and fresh.

Hamburger was literally ice cold like it had just been taken out of a refrigerator. Fries were Luke warm and limp. Absolutely the worst burger I’ve had anywhere in my 67 years of eating burgers. That’s saying something! Since I had driven home (5 min) before eating, I didn’t want to go back and complain in person, which is good because I probably would have thrown the food in someone’s face.

It's been a while since I paid a visit to this eatery. I will not waste my money and time going back. There's always a line that is expected, but the food was cold when it was passed through the window. They didn't make sure condiments were in the bag. We never had to ask because they would automatically but salt, pepper, and ketchup in the bag. The line was too long, and I was tired from a long drive and just wanted to grab dinner and go home.
