The app refused to let me leave one star. How does it take 10 minutes to produce a burger meal that was ordered in advance? Do you have to grind the meat after butchering the cow? As a delivery driver who was 5 minutes from your store when accepting the order, having to wait 10 minutes at your store is unacceptable, especially when you continue your flow of business in your drive thru while ignoring your delivery orders. Between the awful overnight crew and the abysmal service at this store, it would not surprise me to see a different business occupy this retail space in the near coming future. The franchisee needs to consider whether this crew is worth blowing their investment over.

What makes this location?So amazing is the night crew ! They might be a little bit cranky, but they always show you respect and they make your order correct and fresh ! They make the food as if they're the ones that's going to eat it, they put love and care behind it. Honestly, I don't know if the managers read this, but the night crew needs a raise ! Especially the young lady work in the window. She was on it, she was nice. She was polite. She made sure that I got everything.I needed to make sure that my son ate and for that.I'm grateful because my son is very picky.
Nothing like a discriminatory remark towards someone with a service animal to ruin a location. Managment of this location needs training on ADA before they expose this store to any more liability.

Night shift understaffed!! Only one worker & one manager on any given night!! Night manager, Chauvelle, is awful! She would rather argue with customers for 10mins, making everyone else wait! She also would rather cost Whataburger overhead by “wasting” paid for food that she refuses to serve!
Just do yourself a favor, go to Wendy’s up the street if it’s 11pm or after! Or go to the NW May location, & get your food quicker, GUARANTEED, even if it’s a farther drive!! Unless you don’t mind spending an hour in line waiting for your food, that will be cold & stale, when the night shift works!!
Waited over 30mins just to get to the intercom then another 30mins after I put my order in.
News 9, along with five other cars, behind me left without ordering once they saw I finally made it to the intercom & heard I was asked to “please wait a moment”.
Tons of sales & potentially great regular business being lost at night due to the poor management!!
Only two people working including The “Manager” Chauvelle, who is the most rude person and has absolutely no business working in customer service!!
I also witnessed her handling food on the line WITHOUT GLOVES! Absolutely disgusting!!
The staff member working was working super hard, basically doing everything herself!! She deserves a promotion to manager!!
The evening shift, LeAnne, was leaving which by the way is THE HARDEST working, sweetest, lady!! Miss LeAnne has excellent customer service, as does the day manager, & all the day staff!!
The night “manager”, Chauvelle, should be fired before she runs away all of the business of regular customers, like me!!
I literally live in the homes right behind the restaurant & frequently go. I will NOT be going anymore, to this location, after my lack of service period & absolutely horrible experience!! Chauvelle is extremely rude, impatient, has poor time management & was seen speaking very angrily to good, paying, regular customers. She has zero customer service skills & absolutely poor quality control! Businesses that end up filing bankruptcy suffer that detriment because of poor management like her!!

Good food. We were asked by our daughter to pick up some food for her and husband. We ordered. Were given the shake. Then waited nearly 10 minutes for the food. Shake was melted by the time we got it back to our daughter and son-in-law at home.
Just wish they would ask if you want your shake or want to wait to get it.
