I was at the drive thru this early morning about 6.45 am..I ordered 2 bobs with no egg,but I got to the window and decided I wanted as they come. The tall rude non acknowledging cashier(african american dude),didn't respond when I said hi,the he got irritated when I changed my order to original bobs.I waited for almost like 5 minutes because I guess he was taking another order,he then proceeds to almost grab my credit card,and am like how much is the order? I think it was like almost $12. I said nah,the Bob(sausage) is the same price regardless of egg or no egg! When I handed him my credit card,he walked with it i guess to get the Mgr! When the Mgr was busy fixing the order, I could clearly see this young boy staring at my credit card which was very uneasy to me!! He held my
CC for like another 3 minutes. I know whataburger had rule where if a customer hands your their credit cards,place it at the register and not walk with it around the store!
His whole demeanor was very disappointing,very rude,just very negative! The only reason I paid for that food was because the cook fixed it with no problem.
Please let that young man know,we paying customers, we are not getting anything for free and thanks to him,I have to cancel my credit card and order a new one!!

Served me and my family raw burgers and then when I tried to call up there no one will answer I do not live close to there at all and now I’m having to go all the way back up there. I will never come back to this one ever again. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this specific store a bunch of teenagers in there that none of them know what they’re doing and just rushing through everything

The number 5 is a go-to item that typically comes with a generous serving of mustard. However, I was surprised to find a hair in my order. Fortunately, the issue was promptly resolved with a remake. I hope that in the future, the establishment will emphasize the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy environment, particularly with regards to employee grooming. Despite the initial setback, I appreciated the willingness to correct the mistake. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service, especially when I am paying for my meal. In retrospect, I would have preferred to dine inside, but I opted for take-out due to the convenience of the location. Unfortunately, I experienced a delay of 25 minutes, followed by an additional 30-minute wait for the remake. My feedback may seem candid, but I believe it is essential to provide constructive criticism in order to facilitate improvement. I look forward to enjoying better service during my future visits.

Chicken fajita tacos are back... That being said they will tell you it takes 7 to 8 minutes (rudely) to cook the chicken wich is fine but 15 minutes there and the only one in the drive threw and the lobby finally the tacos came with no picante sauce 🙄 and it didn't get any better either the grill is filthy or not cleaned right because the tacos tasted terrible... try another whataburger

The two on night shift the manager and the drive threw girl is horrible I mean rude as hell she use my points for something argued me about a fry I have over 1500 points so the manager gets ans attitude gives me cold fries argue me that they had just came up I asked her to feel for her self she wouldn’t she made the fry after all but an attitude ffom them jump and my sandwich was cold but I didn’t complain I just wanted a fry I don’t think the girl working in drive threw know the rules customer should not sit at window more than 3 minutes iwitjout being greeted she made me wait purposely this is why people be rude to y’all we are spending money on trash service and food get it together

Today was the third time I went to this location and was given the wrong food. I will not go back here again. The line was too long to even try and go back in for a fix. 10/10 don’t recommend 👎🏼

Me and my friends went here at 1am and not only did they mess up our order twice, once we went inside and asked for a refund because we didn’t want to wait again some girl in the back named Azuree or something was talking very loudly about how “she was with all the smoke” and “we were doing too much” that multiple customers in the lobby could hear. The manager was helpful and refunded us but didn’t really do anything about her attitude nor the way she was speaking to customers when she was in the wrong.

The general manager at this location should be ashamed of how bad and slow the service is. I have never had a good experience here unless i go in. the past 2 times i’ve tried to go through the drive threw it takes 10-15 min for anyone to even acknowledge that im waiting and then the past 2 times i’ve made a online order they just either don’t make it or im suck waiting an hour for it for the food to come out cold. EMBARRASSING

Just moved down here and I came in to get some food and the girl at the front counter name Kaylyn walked up chewing food while taking my order and didn’t wash her hands,I immediately left because that is nasty and won’t be coming back to this location again
