I always love going through the drive through at this Whataburger, but you always have to ask them to make sure to put the sauce you’ve asked for in your bag. I told them I wanted regular ketchup, not the spicy one, and I didn’t check the bag before I drove off. They had given me the spicy one. Not the biggest deal ever, but if the cashier specifically asks you what kind of ketchup you want, you expect to get that one. Overall, the burgers taste so good here and if I’m craving a burger, I’m coming here.

This has nothing to do with the staff that are clocked in at 10:23am on Sun June 30th, this is more to do with the managers/stores around this location. This store was drowning this morning, due to NCNS/Call-Ins/whatever, and the manager on duty was calling out and asking for help. I had to wait in the lobby of this location for my online order for 25 minutes, because there was only 3 people in the store to finish off breakfast and going into lunch time hours. Please look at getting this store some help in the future, you can't be this short staffed.
I like a place where mustard is mandatory, and ketchup is optional. As a Chicagoan, it makes perfect sense to me. I liked it, the staff was friendly, I'll be back whenever I'm in town.

Good ol Whataburger, it's not a fancy restaurant but, it gets your hunger taken care of. The young lady at the counter seemed annoyed that she was working. I had to clean my own table nothing was clean.
