Order was ready 25 min after we ordered with 6 customers coming after us and getting their order right away. They just forgot about our order. They gave us an apple as a sorry for the waiting. The patties were cold, the tomatoes nasty, the buns soggy and with an weird aftertaste. Spend your money somewhere else.

Worst burger I've ever eaten It's all bun and the lettuce was big clumps. I was so excited to get this in Yukon, but I'm 1 and done. The poor guy in the drive thru had to get his manager to make the change too. He was very nice, just incompetent.

When you go to Whataburger it's expected that you wait. Usually the reason is due to freshness. I waited at the window for 20 minutes, only to receive a dry, not fresh spicy chicken sandwich and cold fries. I expected this to be because Whataburger serves fresh but obviously it was not the case today. The woman at the window was able to make 7 with no room to sit them before I got my meal. My advice is to replace the crew or do better!
