Waited in line for 2 chicken biscuits, two hasbrowns and a pancake platter for 20 minutes. I didn't realize until we got home that we were missing the two hashbrowns and syrup I had asked for. I will not be back.

Horrible managers and team staffed on a Sunday night. Manager copped a passive aggressive attitude after being asked twice for a mobile order that was already 20 mins late. God forbid your food be ready when it’s supposed to be and shame on me for asking for an eta. A call to the GM will be happening.

Food is great but I came to drive thru at half past midnight to pick up a mobile order and the guy working drive thru decided to be an ass by gripping the bag to prevent me from getting my order once I was being handed it. I get that you want to be funny at work but with a customer is not the appropriate time. Do your job and hand me my food.

Got in line at 10:50 when I made it to the window at 11:00 on the dot they told me that they just stopped serving breakfast and they weren’t gonna turn the oven back on for biscuits then they didn’t have the other item I wanted either so I had to wait to leave because they have no exit in the drive thru and I never got any breakfast because everywhere closes at 11.
