Thursday morning went through drive-through and Kasey was incredibly friendly and efficient. He greeted me with a smile, took my order clearly, and made the whole experience quick and pleasant. Great customer service!

Fries were soaked in oil, tasted raw, sandwich was okay, it was something I wanted to try. Now I will not ever again. I don't see the appeal of this restaurant or it's reason for being so popular... reasons why I prefer elsewhere.

This restaurant had no running water for like 12 hours. How did they wash their hands . You can't take care of your employees or customers.

This place is complete trash. If you order a mobile order expect them to lower the priority of your order until they filled every order from the lobby and driver thru. I filmed them and finally left after 45 minutes. The laziest staff I have ever seen. It took them 22 minutes to even acknowledge my existence. I know because I tuned them before eventually leaving with only a drink. Their excuse was that they had been busier earlier. When I saw them fill the orders of two men after I and two elder women had been waiting nearly an hour, in under 5 minutes I knew it was a management problem.

What a good Burger should be, you get a large burger and fries at a unbelievable price, it was a fantastic experience, only thing is maybe update the decor a little, it felt like I was in the 1980's again.
